I used to exercise and workout about 3 times per week. Mainly jogging and a few bodyweight exercises like pull-ups, push-ups and dips.

But rarely exercise nowadays. Should genuinely consider picking it up again for health purposes.

Yeah 5-6 times a week.

As a professional sports bettor this is very important for me to let off steam,
and in the long-term it also makes you feel very energetic.
Nowadays if I don't work out for a few days I have very low energy!

But don't forget to take a 1 week break from the gym like every 8 weeks, or do a deload week (half your normal lifting program and maybe lower weight), your body needs rest also

I feel so lazy every time I think about of working out. I don't know why, HAHAHA! I turn to 60kls now before I am just 49kls. And I don't know how to get back my figure. I am not that fat but I feel so heavy. I don't know how to be determine for me to work out.

I don't exactly work out but I try to get to the gym as much as possible to work the bag for a hour or so, the weights don't really appeal to me but 6 mile on the excersise bike then on to the bag defiantly takes the AGGRESION out of me, my pal however love to pump the iron.

We go to the same gym as Terry Holland (3 times world strongest man uk) he's one huge mother f*****r, was lucky enough to see the qulifiers a little while back, great day out , but dam did I felt like peewee Herman  among the HENCH string men...

I have been on and off for years but this is the first time I have counted calories.. the results.. oh yes.

Yes, it's very important to work out and stay fit. Anyway, in my opinion it's also a good practice to not overtrain, because everyone has his own physical structure and what works for one could not work for another guy. It's important to get a personal schedule and follow it with discipline and perseverance.

Well yes I do,  I frequent the nearby gym for an hour almost 5 days a week. It gives me a good boost to head with the rest of the dealings in the day. And obviously with a good physique one feels confident. Stay fit. Have a great day.  Smiley
