Many are scams now in bounty so even how good you are in choosing if the team/manager starts to act weird, expect nothing from them.
You are still a newbie and you have more to learn from this forum, I'd advise you to learn first not only about bounties but more about crypto's. It's not the only way that you can earn in crypto and as a beginner, don't push yourself too far from it already. Take step at a time.

You don't know if that bounty scam or not, especially if you participated in twitter or facebook bounty you don't really need to read about that project, except you want to join in signature you really need yo do your own research before you join. For you mate as a beginner my suggestions for you is to be always humble and long period of patience is mostly our way towards success,if you do not have that you will be able to lost most of the time,and by joining in a campaign the best way for you to look is to read whats in the whitepaper because on there you can have your idea if that campaign is a legit or scam so be responsible and be wise even if your a new one here in crypto.

If bounty manager is true professional, the bounty will be great, but when it is organazided by bunch of unexpirienced people, who do not know how to manage bounty, it is complete disaster. Try to communicate with this person or check opinions of other bounty participants.

It is easy to define scam ICOs and bounties by their official websites. Usually they do not have any direct links to team member profiles in social networks and they do not care about their social media much. So if they do not care about investors, woudl they care about bounty hunters.

You cannot follow for signature campaigns, maybe for social media campaigns. but the most important factor is not how you follow the campaign, but how you have to develop yourself and seek experience for knowledge. This is important for beginners so you can do any speculation in this industry.

Working project is good sign, but you need to be sure that it is completely new blockchain-based projects. There are many companies, which try to attrect money to they centralized projects via ICO and, as you might guess, none of them become successful.

Always pay attention to the team. If it consists of marketing department, advisors and managment only, they would not be able to create sucessful project, because of lack of blockchain developers and other important employees.

If you re a beginner, welcome on board. First, you will have to get your account upgraded to at least a junior member, before you can actively participate in bounty programs, and get rewarded for that. Firstly you need to look for a project that has a good concept with all the supporting team that has a good credibility or at least the team data is real, from their linkedin or social media account. that's what I've usually done that upon joining a project for their bounty campaign.

I have seen the same questions like this many times. If you have had many experiences in bounty program, you should know how to determine a good ICO and understand well which one the scam ICO. The main point, you never choose an ICO with lack information related to the team members and the project itself. My advice is join good bounty better than join many bounties. Research the project carefully like you're going to invest in its ICO before joining. Because when you join a bounty campaign you don't invest your money but you invest your time and works.

it's easy to detect project that is a scam or not, you need to pay attention to their website, their whitepaper, if there are a lot of mistakes then it is certain that the project is a scam.

sorry buddy but there's no toolsl to recognize scam ico project on bounty section nowadays, because of copy pasting design of projects and even testimonial and etc. If i were you try to join on project that has telegram group chat to obtain more information about the project or make a research if it has a real team behind , probably a good idea to determine the project easily.
