I would like to try myself in bounty programs, any advice how i find good BOUNTY, and how do i know the ICO has good bounty program and it is not scam? Thanks in advance.
now a days before you join in some bounties you need atleast a rank of jr mem to enable to join, actually its hard to know if one project is scam, better to know the background of team and whats all about their project to make sure your effort will not go to waste.

Trustworthy bounty managers can be one of your basis on choosing a good bounty.

If the manager is very well oriented and communicative to the issues that his participants are addressing then he's likely to protect his reputation and will secure funds for his people.
Thank you, that is very helpful !
There are incidents too that the bounty manager is never aware of the ICO he run that just turns into a scam.

And with that action, you'll see his professionalism on how he will settle things with the participants and give notice on what happened so that's why communication is important.

That is hard to answer unless it was already known as scam at the first place.

Too many ICOs which is equal to getting difficult to find a good one.
You will worry about the legitimacy and when you did find out they are real there will be another thing to worry about.
Yes, that is soft cap or hard cap. Even best features of and a great roadmap could fall to hell.
They mighy not continue if they cannot hit the target money. So it is hard to recommend one.

Bounty programs right now are experiencing a rough moment. So many of them are not reaching their target and so many are pure scams. I'm probably repeating myself,  but please do some research before joining. In the end of the day you still would like to be paid for the job, isn't it? Better to check then be sorry

No experience, you find it is very late, and now the cryptocurrency market is sluggish and many of the bounty missions are fraudulent, you should learn to trade.

I recommend for a beginner is better for diligent in reading on these forums and add to your knowledge about crypto. And if you want to follow the ICO project necessarily has to be careful and select the project has a strong team. And you have to be patient and do not ever give up.

most bounty campaign require at least a Jr member rank to participate since you are a newbie you may be having problem in participating in bounty campaign although I have seen some newbie getting a copper member account in order to participate in bounty campaign. I do not know maybe this is right although I have not come across any thread that report this but in case you still want to participate you can join some bounty relay website such as bountyhive that allow newbie to join campaign.

It's difficult to find a good bounty program, and now that are too many programs are appearing, many scams are appearing also. So i suggest to you to make an own research to learn  more about bounty programs and to make sure that you will found a good bounty program.

First of all if you want to find an bounty campaign you need to check their website, team and partners and of course you should check in their telegram site, if the community are grow and support it.

my advice, look for an experienced bounty manager because the bounty manager knows everything about the project being run. I prefer the trading of altcoins and increasing the amount of bitcoin because I believe that bitcoin will increase the selling price and become more popular.

The first time you have to have to open the icobench website and see the project that gets the highest rating on the website and you are looking for their bounty thread in this thread.

My suggestion is to go to the bountyplatform, there are several of these like bountyhive and from there start a campaign. Its safer to just stay there than in bitcointalk for there is a chance of you being bann when all your posts are just bounty reports. Something like this just recently happen and it will be just a waste that after months of work, you will lost it all because of you having just a newbie account.

If you are a newbie, the easiest way is choose the best manager of that bounty first, you can find it in here, https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/top-bounty-managers-in-bitcointalk-4528038
When you join their campaign there are 99% that you will got paid, because the top manager will always research their project before they agree to manage it.

I will never suggest you to take this or that bounty program, you only need to join several bounty program and see what happen. Make a book journal to write everything important and need to fix by you, meaning work and lean from the mistakes. People will give you different answer depend their experience but never in the field, that's the problem. Go now, learn, fix and good luck to you.

I believe the most important aspect of the project (ICO) is the team behind the product (idea). Always check out their professional backgrounds and experience. Next to this is the quality of the whitepaper. If its poorly structured and designed, there is a strong chance the project won't meet its goals. But that is not the rule. I've seen many projects reach soft cap with poorly designed timelines, tokenomics, whitepapers, inexperienced teams, etc. So, I guess in essence, it is really down to one's intuition.

The first thing I will like a beginner to take note of is;
1. Be very conversant with the bitcoin forum. Responses to confusing issues are discussed therein.
2. Be care of which ICO bounty you join. There are scam ICO which after you might have wasterld your time working for, you have to token.
3. Be diligent and be patient in order to make good reward.

My advice for newbies who have just joined the bounty campaign is to be patient and keep trying hard to get what you want, because in this forum you are required to be someone who is full of dedication and don't forget to work on bounty campaigns in accordance with the regulations applies

To be sure of a legit project and the bounty you have to personally analyse eqch and every aspect of the project before promoting it otherwise you are just wasting your time in bounty, secondary factors include value of bounty, number of participants etc.

The most difficult, but the beginner will be able to use it. Check the search team, where they participated earlier, what experience they have in their work. Read the white paper, there you can immediately understand what the project is. Well, as a beginner, I chose the manager, but I realized that this was a big mistake of mine.

Look there are a lot of bounties now which gets it harder to filter them.
Some do like to do the easiest thing which is joining with a known manager. Specially those with trust rating.
But remember, it is not as accurate as always. There are times that their supported campaign cannot hit the soft cap. Yes, they are not scam but without hitting that soft cap the project wont continue.

So, better look for an ICO which is inviting to most users. Something with a good feature or already have investors lined up to buy their token.
