No, not anymore. Sustainable things are quite difficult to be done with BTC, due to the big fluctuations. Even funding for "real-world" projects is difficult due to that :/

No. There are all sorts of businesses and even some opportunities to "invest". But you will find that doing your homework is everything. Don't look at some amateur online investing portal, go and meet people. Find out who has a good idea then scheduled a meeting and have them demonstrate their business model and check out their books. Ask yourself if they are capable of following their plan and look at what factors will challenge their plans. Investing is a lot of work if your doing it right.

Not sure I appreciate what you're inferring. I do believe there are truly honest people in the world, albeit not many. I take pride in my honesty and that will never change. Just because I happen to be giving communication to people, you say I'm most likely a scammer? That's some odd logic.
No, it merely sums up the experience I have gathered from watching different companies in the BTC world act and communicate with their investors or customers. AM mostly kept a low profile and was kind of quiet, but they delivered and were honest. A lot of scams, on the other hand, always reassured the investors that everything was alright.
Now it's pretty easy: Every stock seems to be unprofitable, anyways. Just don't go and invest in BTC-denominated stocks.

I wonder, if you look at all Bitcoin securities, if they really are that more likely to fail than others. I mean it is far easier to fund your company using Bitcoin and even in the regular financial world most start-ups simply fail.
Every business can run into difficulties and fail. However, there is a big difference between a business running into difficulties, trying to overcome those and if unsuccessful, fail AND a business which was established with an intention to scam its clients.
Sure, but there are a lot of businesses in the 'regular' realm of companies that have comparably adventurous business plans. But the amount of scamming companies does seem higher, when it comes to Bitcoin, true...
