THE FACT THAT THE NXT TEAM doubled their already HUGE HOLDINGS

How much do they have? How do you know?
And how did they double it? If they doubled the chains for everyone, then everyone got double - so it all stays the same.
The Ardor chain isn't even started yet - we do not know what the plan for the remaining 50% IGNIS are. Do you know things from the future?

Quote
The other thing that is quite frustrating is the pretended ignorance that this is now a centralized project (not exactly now but in the very near future), in fact a private shop, Jelurida, selling, among other things, child chains for profit. Jelurida owns the platform, so they own NXT, they own ARDR and they will own 50% of IGNIS and 100% of every and all subsequent childchains.

They will not "own" the childchains. Those will be owned by anyone who creates them. It will be essentially just like the assets in NXT.
And Jelurida doesn't own the platform - they only own the commercial license. At the start that will be limited, as far as I understand to make sure the system works before everyone can do it. I doubt proceeds will then go to Jelurida - as far as I see from the license some income will go to ARDR holders - basically fees just as in NXT.

One can argue maybe that they're moving to too much centralization - but it's hard to argue from your confusing points. They seem all over the map. But then you openly say you are actually not interested in the details.... maybe you shouldn't spout invented information then?

Quote
I really don't know what kind of wisdom, "help" -or religion- you want me to get on slack.... I've been around long enough to know that 60 people own 90% -or so- of the total NXT and ARDR in circulation,

Again, how do you know any of that? It's total bullshit. First off: when NXT started it was 73 holders, not 60. And that's nearly three years ago, most of these years with a price in the gutter. Whales sold a lot, and anyone could have bought for cheap. Nobody knows how many own how much.

Quote
...and that the biggest of the holders are part of Jelurida

Which isn't even possible if what you just before said is true. Jelurida is new - and didn't exist on the original NXT ICO. You're contradicting your own inventions.

Quote
Telling me I am wrong in any of these statements, with dire proof of the deed, would "help" me. Cultist, absurd, baseless rhetoric, on the other hand...

You have of course no "proof of the deed" whatsoever. I would say: Put up or shut up.

... and sold out of ARDR. Not bad a trade.

Too early Wink

Part of the deal. I always leave the last dollars for others. 35% is enough for me.

... that's 35% not counting -because I am not going all fiat- the 17% (and counting) on BTC gained in the same 48 hours.

35% is a good profit... for traditional investment classes Smiley

You don't believe Ardor price can make many-fold increases from here?

Quite frankly, I don't... the "many" part. What I am quite certain of is that I will be able to buy back in considerably lower in the near future. If it goes up some-fold, hopefully I will be able to cash in several 35%s on the way. Given how the team is able to pull their schemes to make money, I'll be along for the ride to try and profit in parallel to them.

Where I would like to invest for the long haul though is in Jelurida, but that's just for the "family", regrettably...

I have the feeling that you think you know how all works but mostly need help.
Also see it on your ethereum posts.
We gladly want to help you understand how Nxt and Ardor tech work, how the devs are working, funding stuff etc

Well thank you very much, I am already there although without much time to participate and under a different handle. Registered ages ago, never really used it.

But I am not overly interested in the details of the tech. I believe it is sound, just more complicated than others unnecessarily. I also am willing to take at face value the scalability issue on Ardor. Again, what is frustrating sometimes is the absurdity of excuses and pretenses posted here frequently trying to "justify" -there's nothing top justify, the scheme WORKED- THE FACT THAT THE NXT TEAM doubled their already HUGE HOLDINGS giving themselves -and everyone else- an extra helping of ARDOR which is nothing but, as clearly posted here and still posted i the front page of Jelurida, an evolution of nxt designed to render nxt obsolete in the very near future.

I've been around long enough to know that 60 people own 90% -or so- of the total NXT and ARDR in circulation, that theY forge 98% -or more- of NXT and that the biggest of the holders are part of Jelurida which, quite frankly, sounds more and more as the Goldman Sachs of Crypto, which is not a good thing for everyone who those belong to that particular "family". Telling me I am wrong in any of these statements, with dire proof of the deed, would "help" me. Cultist, absurd, baseless rhetoric, on the other hand...

Ardpr seems steady now. The more I like it instead of swings . I'll be keeping my eye on this platform.

i have a stupid Ardor noob question - how come i have way more Ardor in my NXT Client 1.11.5 vs Ardor 2.0.3e?  With the same NXT account?  Do i have to send it to my Ardor client?

The Ardor client is only experimental as of now. So it's not on the real chain - and I would advise against using your actual password. There might be bugs, and the password could get exposed.
I haven't tried it myself yet, so I'm not sure what ARDR you are seeing - but I assume it's just testnet.

You will not have to send anything from your NXT account. Your Ardor account will have the correct amount once it starts (around August).
For bug reports or more knowledgeable answers, ask in the current dev thread.

i think that 10k sats or even 12k sats are possible. this is one of the coins that did not move to a new ATH like a lot coins did. and NXT will follow.

Whoa, $0.08 and now 22'nd on the top crypto currency list on coinmarketcap. Nice Ador. This crytocurrency certainly deserves more attention than it's currently getting.

Bravo!

Just check it, it's 21st Wink

What deserves attention in my opinion is importance of shallow corrections. Price goes up, and corrects downward as it should but not as much as one would expect, and after a short sideways trading it is ready to go up again. It's impossible to tell how long this pattern can continue, it is really encouraging though. To me it's a sign that it's not a pump and dump, but a pattern of healthy demand coming from long term value investors.

Today, Ardor has a good performance on the price rising. I think it is just a beginning.

Let's go, Ardor.  Grin Grin

ARdor seems to be picking up at the right time . Investors are really looking something fresh as ARdor though it was launched in October last year as I was reading it and researching. It is also has a sidechain option so smart contracts are not far behind. It is indeed battle of the BaaS (Blockchain as Service).

Yikes, I miss when I had 75k ardor that I bought mostly at 800 and 1400 sat.

For the bagholders since these range of price, I wish you a intense congratulation, I sold too fast. Keep going Smiley

Is there an ardr wallet or should i use the nxt wallet?

Btw how long will it take to sync?

Thank you  Smiley

Use Nxt client to withdraw Ardor tokens to: https://nxtforum.org/nrs-releases/nrs-v1-11-5/

You can use it in Lite client mode, no need to download the blockchain.

To activate the Lite client mode:

1) Unpack Nxt client if you use the zip link or install if you use the installer.

2) Locate directory nxt/conf.

On Windows it is here: C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\NXT\conf

Mac: ~/.nxt/conf

Linux: /conf folder under the root installation

3) Create a text file nxt.properties in this directory with a single line:

nxt.isLightClient=true

start the Nxt client and it will not be downloading the blockchain.
