Altcoins are also going down and not just bitcoin, all of the coins in the market are, but that doesn't mean that Altcoins is better to have than bitcoins. Bitcoin is still the one who owns the throne, and as of now, no altcoins could take the throne, I assumed that Bitcoin would be the number 1 for lifetime. If you are going to think of it, there are so many things that they should reconsider before they could dethroned Bitcoin.

Bitcoin is a coin where it is so complicated to compete with, it would be better if we are going to support it rather than to think of a solution to overcome its superiority against all of the Altcoins in the cryptocurrency world.

If we talk about the situation that is developing now in the market, bitcoin looks much more stable than altcoins. If bitcoin fell in price 3 times, the altcoins 10 times, and some even more...

No altcoin is better than bitcoin, simply because bitcoin was the first and the rest of the coins take an example from it. IMHO

technically and technologically there are many altcoins that are more sophisticated than bitcoin. however, the price and benefits of bitcoin are superior to all altcoins that have been traded. although this decline occurs, but bitcoin but has a high value and is very influential on other altcoins.

You don't necessarily go buying altcoins for the sake of it simply because Bitcoin is dipping. That will be pure gambling and not trading. Your first step should be to find out what the alt you want to acquire has to offer. What type of crypto is it and what the roadmap is about. You should also look into the dev team and follow that up with the 'historical data' if the crypto is already listed on the CMC. For me I like alts that have use-cases, not just a rave of the moment altcoins.

I don't think so, especially when ETH prices are lower, a lot of altcoin prices have dropped to date. well, but on the other hand, the price of bitcoin is currently stable at a price of $ 6k, and is not affected. so I think, now bitcoin is more needed than altcoins.

Maybe you are wrong, btc price is not going down further, but altcoin is. I think altcoin is no better than bitcoin, but we must see it for long term.
The current price could be only temporary. SEC delay the decision regarding bitcoin ETF, i want to wait and see what will crypto be after the decision.
If this market continues to dips, there will be no hope for crypto.

Altcoins aren't that risky today to invest but for me, bitcoin is still better than altcoins. If you seek to invest for long term, bitcoin is the way to go. But altcoins can also be a choice if you seek short term profits. Just be careful to some altcoins and always do background checks before investing, they might crash.

There is no difference I guess. The reason why Bitcoin didn't drop below $6k right now is that there are lots of traders trying to acquire BTC by selling their altcoins for it. And some are buying BTC with usd which they thought the price are going to go up soon but the market right now isn't easy to predict, it might go up a bit but will also plummet further.

As usual , bitcoins are still better than altcoins right now , even if the bitcoin value is also falling down ,but still it is still the lead coin in crypto currency market and altcoins are also following the bitcoin path, the price value of bitcoin even if it goes lower ,it is still higher compare to other altcoins.

I think btc is still better than alts. We can find the right alts to make the profit we want. But we need to find the right one with more patience. Some of them can make the good increassement and be better than btc. btc is more suitable for long term holding than any other alts. So I like btc very much.

For my own opinion, in the current scenario altcoins are not that risky to buy because market is in dip, the best way to recover all those losses is to buy more for raining day

I don't think that altcoins are more better than bitcoin this days, we all know that altcoins are just depending on bitcoins price, including ethereum which is next to bitcoin since then. So if bitcoin price are continuously dropping, as well as altcoins will decrease its price too. But it's still a good choice to invest in altcoins this days, due to the huge price drop in the cryptocurrency market that can give a huge profit to those who invest right now when the market starts to rise again.

This is very early and very sensitive to say that altcoins are better then Bitcoin or altcoins are better to holding and btc are not. because right now all market is collapsed.
