Bitcoin is the king right now, every day dominance is increasing, but i think altcoins have huge opportunities if team is strong and product, because then market will be green they will grow much more than bitcoin.
In my opinion Bitcoin ever gonna be the better then all, the world are starting to trust in Bitcoin this make it to be more and more strong to every day. The Bitcoin are around all world, and millions people dont trust in altcoin
I don't surmise that altcoins are more superior to bitcoin this days, we as a whole realize that altcoins are simply relying upon bitcoins cost, including ethereum which is alongside bitcoin from that point forward. So if bitcoin cost are constantly dropping, and in addition altcoins will diminish its cost as well. In any case, it's as yet a decent decision to put resources into altcoins this days, because of the immense value drop in the digital money showcase that can give a gigantic benefit to the individuals who contribute right now when the market begins to rise once more.

I agree but if you are in this market as a trader or as an investor and your main purpose is to make profits then even if bitcoin is more stable I will keep my eyes on altcoins because it's clear that is where there are opportunities to earn a lot of money, I know that the volatility also means that you can lose a lot of money as well but as we know it is impossible to obtain great profits without taking great risks as well and I'm willing to take those risks since the opportunity that we are seeing in the market right now is not going to repeat itself.
Wouldn't say they're better but they're already at such low prices that I think many of them are worth a gamble at the prices they are.
Before asking me this question, ask yourself which is better? One is good another is best choose yourself of course you will choose best. But another question is does it better right now? I will say its not better time because right now doing trade is risky because of the bitcoin price dump. It risky for those people who do not know how to trade. If you are good in trade than its easy to make money at this dump season. This dump time will not longer. Trade with bitcoin and hold your coin and see what’s going on. Look if bitcoin is the pioneering coin in cryptocurrency if bitcoin price drop then the altcoin price will be affected so if you sell bitcoin and trade with altcoins the price of altcoin won’t increase but increase of holders and the price of bitcoin can be drop because you sell your bitcoin that can affect the value of altcoin. So it will be more profitable. I think bitcoin is better than altcoin right now.

If bitcoin down some altcoins will follow but also there are some altcoins that price up even bitcoin down. Do you have coins at this time? If not then I'm not surprised. The dominance of Bitcoin is getting bigger, that means the reduction ratio of altcoin is getting bigger. So I think even if you don't have one coin, you should also do a little research on the market situation.

I think Bitcoin controls more than half the marketcap, and at the moment it's getting bigger. Then maybe this is a sign that altcoins are experiencing greater pressure. I don't know which data you are referring to, but it seems that now everyone is more comfortable with Bitcoin, at least when there is a turmoil in the market.
It is very hard to say. Investing in Bitcoin is safer, but you will not gain big profits in the nearest future, when the market recovers. To invest in altcoins right now is much more risky, but will make more profits soon. So, your life your choice 
Maybe you're right that altcoins are better than bitcoin this time especially when you do a day to day trading because it can increase your earnings, bitcoin for me is always a good crypto for long term and altcoins for a short term, it is also depends on how we play this cryptos.

I don't know which altcoin you are talking about. Maybe one or more altcoins are indeed increasing, but in general I think the altcoin situation is worse than Bitcoin. But maybe it could also be an opportunity, because the biggest increase can occur on the coins that are corrected the most.

Bitcoin is still profitable if you just hold, but if want a better return of investment in the next bull. Then choose altcoin. The only problem is choosing the right altcoin to invest and hold, that's why it's better to do research than investing base on feeling. I don't think altcoins is better than Bitcoin right now. Cause bitcoin is now rising and if it rise like 2017 then altcoin investors will miss it. Also there have some chance of fall altcoins price. So bitcoin is the best choice for invest now.
