TBH, It has already been ended. No more than 5% ICOs are successful. Out of rest 95%, most ICOs are a scam and most of them failed to raise enough fund because of lack of investors.
Don't worry man it's not going to happen right now market is now at very downward and no any company is willing to launch their projects and now only bounty hunters are there which will try to earn some money and earn more and more altcoins. let's wait for market grow all the investors will be active
It is likely that this can happen, because there are very few projects that actually collect something in the ICO process, but it's not just that there are very few investors who are ready to invest, now there are a lot of scam projects that need to be identified and deleted.
Until ICOs bring new ideas and value to crytpo and blockchain technology the market will valuate them and

Bounties are important advertising tool for ICOs so I do not think they will disappear in the near future.

if we talk about the closure of the ICO it is possible with the same confidence to say that more will not open a single store. Sounds silly, it is the market and the market always has room to grow and change one project comes another, and more perfect fit, some will die for the new to take their place, in General, don't worry. ICO will appear always.
I think it depends what the previous ones do, if the ones from last year and this year start to do well then more will invest in new ones.
I have one question that really bug me sometimes, Are ICOs going to end or new ideas and projects will emerge along with ICOs. Many of us actually rely on bounty to earn other than investing. As long as there is ICO I believe there will be bounty. It will be a sad day for us if ICOs are declared officially dead.
I feel that now bitcoin is still full of the possibility of money laundering and illegal transactions.
therefore government intervention is needed on this matter, because in some countries, Bitcoin is treated differently. Some prohibit, allow, most make it in the gray zone.
So the point is, sales of the main tokens don't die or end. and I'm sure all of this will definitely have a turning point so that everything gets better in the future.
According to me, the Ico will not end and so many good ICO will come in future. Because many good quality projects come through this ICO. If ICO get end in future then good qquality ico will not be able to come again. So ICO will never gonna end.

it will only end if every investors in crypto world will stop investing in icos, if there is no investors, there is no point for running an ico at the first place, but since they are using icos to make a profit, I cant see an end to this. 
ICO is not ending anytime soon, I think many ICO are going to grow into adoption and this will encourage development of ICO type of funding. European union is already considering making ICO legal by regulating it and caping how much they could raise!
I am a participant in the bounty and also the ico investor. I feel that the current ico projects are having a lot of difficulties.

I think there will be many companies competing on blockchain technology, and that will affect the number of ICOs, because with the ICO, the company will be more advanced but what I fear is that there are many ICO scams that can eliminate ICO investor confidence and I am also afraid of ICO lacking investors. 
The jump in the market based on the Ethereum ICO projects occurred in 2017, then the ETH rate was on the upswing, right now ICO is one of the reasons for the price drop of the crypto currency, but still in August this year it was collected 326 million dolars, this is a good amount, and I I think that the development will continue
it's a really good money collection method, so proably it won't end anytime soon, at least this is what i think

We’re still talking about this concept of ICOs, and that needs to be got away from. The word “coin” is problematic because it implies money. The concept of an ICO is almost inherently flawed, and probably the phrase needs to change, because it’s trying to elide two different things.
I do not think that the ICO will one day end. Because now I see a lot of new ICO project appears. And this, of course, is great for development. So I'm sure it will be more investors coming to invest. And if ICO ended, of course, we will lose something that could produce. But we don't expect that it will happen.
Just like I have predicted in the past, there will be a time when ICO investing will be less lucrative, projects will find it hard to reach their soft cap and the project will start to reduce the amount they are raising during their ICO, ICO's will not end but it will be less attractive because people will not want to be investing anymore.

Well, today, ICOs always scam, people do not believe in investing. Thus, we need trust project using policy that help users save.
