Panic is the most dangerous one which we cannot able to digest with the fear we have, while trading we need to have some patience because to recover the coin price it will take some time. Nobody doesn't know how long it is going to take, instead of losing patience it is good to hold them a certain period of time until you make some decent profit. Losing patience will really hurt you a lot in the market, so always try to think in a positive way which will help you to make a decent profit.

I'm a bit afraid to be honest, because there is no big movement on the market since january 2019.

Well, fear and worry is really something that almost everyone has when the market constantly creates an atmosphere of despair and bloodiness, you are not the only one who feels it, being honest with your feelings is very good. I also same like everyone because the fear will always had in my mind about what happened next because I don't even see a good changes in any type of investment that I made invested here so it could give you a very less confident about the future but in sometimes there is also a little movement positively happened it give the conference for me to stay.
