Simple google search will give you what is really happening in your country with gambling.

But even if your country restricted playing online gambling you are still free to gamble with cryptos because you no need to pass KYC while playing with cryptos on most of the gambling sites.

When online gambling was first introduce in my place crypto wasn’t there’s yet so basically I played with fiat first ,actually the online gambling wayback is not as accessible as now because to play online you need to go in their station in order to satisfy your lust of playing
Until after few years it Become available in mobile until couple years ago when bitcoin was introduced to me and from then I do betting using crypto’s until now though I only spend small time and money for gambling’s as I prioritize my family needs

I am not really into gambling I just started I get involved and start investing in Cryptocurrency, it started in when I was still working in faucets, some faucets have dice game-integrated, so you can double your faucet earnings after I moved out to faucets I started doing Dice game in some online crypto casinos.

I believe majority of us here in crypto stated betting using fiat because cryptocurrency gambling started I guess almost 10 years ago after bitcoin was created (though bitcoin wasn’t the first cryptocurrency created)

That is, indeed, true. Since fiat is already here since we were born and crypto is just new, then we surely gamble with fiat first. And even now that crypto is already here, I still gamble with fiat occasionally with friends or whenever I feel like it, especially when I have the money. I haven't tried to gamble with crypto yet for I don't have enough of it. I'm still earning and I cannot afford to lose my crypto. At least, not now.

Apparently, almost everyone started gambling with fiat money in small casinos in real life then the gambling industry got more developed, more people engaged in online betting sites, crypto is just a new product, helping players have more safety and comfort. But maybe a lot of people are having some regret after gambling with crypto, especially bitcoin, I also have a similar regrets when using Bitcoin for gambling, and when looking at the current price, I can only say oh my God, dare not continue to use crypto for gambling, too easy to cause regret

If lottery counts I started betting with fiat long time before I made my first roll on either freebitco.in or PrimeDice, I can't remember exactly which one of those two it was. But if we compare the amounts wagered before and after I started gambling with crypto, there is a big difference in favor of crypto gambling. During my whole life I have spent on lotteries around $50, definitely not more than that, while I wagered 1.5 BTC on PD alone.

As in my country too, you cannot gamble carelessly. Because it is forbidden.
In my opinion, betting using fiat is not the right choice. It's easier to use crypto for now if you want to gamble. With so many online crypto gambling, it makes it easy for me to play every gambling game available now.

I started gambling with fiat deposits, but just like the OP I had very hard time playing gambling in my country and not many gambling websites were available because of a government ban. and now I am more interested in using cryptocurrency because it is more anonymous and now there are many gambling websites over the world that accept deposits using cryptocurrency which is very convenient for me.
I am very careful in choosing web casino gambling because I do not want to go against and deal with the law.

As you said, cryptocurrency help gambler to playing gambling with ease. We can visit a gambling website, register, deposit many coins, and then we can start playing any games. We don't need to verify if we don't want because we have so many gambling websites which don't have verification for every gambler. That will make gamblers comfortable to playing gambling.

But there is still offline casino which has their members to play the games in their places.

I also began gambling with fiat but I used to gamble in physical casinos and then I stopped gambling because the minimum bet was too high for my tastes, time passed and I did not began to gamble again until I found bitcoin, gambling with bitcoin offers many advantages like the ability to gamble anywhere around the world, not having to go through KYC or being able to bet very small amounts of money which will be impossible to do in a fiat casino.

When i meet the online casinos i join to the gambling world, was great to see how they give you money to test the casino and let you run with your profit if you have good luck.

I don't think anyone started out gambling with crypto. All of us in a way fitst placed bets with real money one way or another. But if given a choice now, i'd still probably opt to waste my fiat. I was playing dice with crypto back when I was just starting to know about bitcoin. And looking back, i could've just held on to those and enjoyed the rising value. I've probably spent around .3 or .4 btc with dice back then.

Casinos are the most popular gambling place that I think more than half of us here had already use before they known bitcoin,and for me until now it’s more enjoyable playing with fiat in real casino than Online gambling because the ambiance and the people around you brings confidence while playing

I think Binance once blocked a guy for this, and you should be careful and read the rules of exchanges

It's very important to read the rules indeed, there's also gambling site who ask for KYC so it's no longer anonymous especially when the site detect some unwanted activities from your account they will urged you to submit your data to avoid delays with your activities inside the house. You are subject also to provide KYC if you have huge winnings that's needed to withdraw the site needs to verified since they are oblige due to money laundering concern.
