Started with crypto in sports betting, later I joined steemit, gambled there with steem/sbd on magic-dice (which is now dead).
I've only ever betted with fiat currency one or twice as well. I don't like to submit KYC as I don't trust many sites with my personal info, and I'd rather not give out my credit card information to any gambling site because leaks of data do happen. Betting and gambling with cryptocurrency's just overall easier besides the process of acquiring crypto which can be a bit difficult, but I find things are much smoother with deposits, withdrawals and such with most crypto casinos. If you're exceptionally worried about your IP address being tracked down, you could always use a VPN to offset that.

What i mean 'cuase it's not the same with cryptocurrency which is very anonymous and no one can easily locate your location and get your personal information.. So i preferred crypto than fiat for my safety.
Bitcoin is far from anonymous and privacy features will never be implemented into btc because legal exchanges will want nothing to do with it because of all the legal ramifications. I bet most people claiming to want privacy are still using things like gmail and google chrome.
Yes, it's not anonymous, and you guy's have to remember that some exchanges do not want to send or receive BTC directly from a gambling web site wallet
I think Binance once blocked a guy for this, and you should be careful and read the rules of exchanges
I am sure that will not be a problem since we have so many exchanges that will allow us to send to their websites. Besides that, we can send it into bitcoin mixer or our private wallet, and I guess that will be a solution for the gamblers. Now I think many gamblers have already moved from fiat money into crypto gambling games. They found that it is easy to playing gambling using the cryptocurrency and they don't have to send any document.
As some of my friends, they usually use a website from Singapore to place the bets. But since they knew cryptocurrency, they choose some of the gambling website to play gambling and sometimes they are gambling in the sports betting website too.

Simple carnival games is where I started gambling, and that's obviously in fiat way way back. My gambling habits became prominent only when crypto was available and online gambling has been illegal in my country. Usually crypto gambling doesn't require KYC. All you need to do is deposit and play your game and you're good. For fiat gambling, you need to go through all the hoops and those troubles before setting on a game that you really wanted, and they're getting stricter day by day too.

That's why I don't like playing gambling using fiat because I have to provide credit card data or account number. All of that uses original personal data like full name and address. I switched to using crypto for gambling since I know Bitcoin. The advantage of playing with crypto is better than fiat money because many gambling sites don't require KYC. And there are many new games that I just know such as Slot, Dice, Roulette, and many more. Previously, I only knew poker game and sports betting using fiat money. Too much trouble. same here i also started to gamble with fiats because there are no cryptos before when i was a kid and yes i started to know gambling when i was still a kid . it was a long long time ago that i forgot my exact age that time . those gambling can be seen on our streets and most of them do only exist on our country or place except from card type gambling of course .
all of those have slowly dissapeard and change as our life have become more high tech , now we now have internet and cryptos so im now switching on to them .

It's quite difficult to gamble with fiat since it's being taxed, thus the government has a cut from your winnings. Good thing I've been in crypto. Since I started gambling with my BTC, I was able to play more games through different gambling sites without paying government texes.
That's the big difference too and with BTC or crypto that we use in gambling, we can do it anytime we want because it's 24/7. Also, in crypto, the minimum amount is very cheap so it gives an opportunity for small time gamblers to play and enjoy and that's one of the reasons why crypto gambling has growing steadily.

I have one time in my life gamble with fiats and its was a serious issues with my life as many times I was beaten because of my luck in the gambling but with the Advent off cryptocurrency that's has been a thing of the past. Am not saying fiats is not good but cryptocurrency is more better than the fiats in terms of anonymous gambling. Too much trouble. Usually requires kyc... I started gambling with fiat in a real life against friends by playing cards (poker cards but we call it as "REMI" as well as domino card). In case of online gambling, I was a lottery fans where I can play it online with fiat money through bank accounts. I also believe that the number of fiat online casinos is still bigger compared to crypto casinos.

I used to gamble with fiat currency because most of the cases i don't have a good opinion towards online gambling. Many times i tried gambling with the cryptocurrency in online gambling but most of the time i used to fail. I am very much happy with the offline gambling because i am gaining more income compared to online.

You have misunderstood it, before crypto, there are already a lot of popular sports book where you can gamble using different options, like bank transfer, paypal, web money, etc. Eventually, some of these popular sportsbook have begun adopting crypto and they started to accept bitcoin and other crypto assets.
Pinnacle and willim hill are just among the popular fiat sports book that until now is still operating.

This sounds to be funny, but literally I would say all of us started here on fiat, besides crypto faucets aren't enough to fill our needs when making a bet, though some are just playibg with these but they're the ones who just enjoy the game and never minds winning or losing.
