i have been reading that in order for smartbridges to work, other coins needs to hard fork? is that true?
this is a very important question..
I think Ark can use encoded listeners to achieve smart bridge without the need of a hard fork, I'm not an expert so you are better off asking on the Ark slack

No need for hard fork. As said there are 2 approaches:
1) Including "snippet" code in other blockchain for SmartBridge compatibility (would usually require hard fork)
2) Encoded listeners - no need for any fork or consensus on the other blockchain. Encoded listeners act as intermediary (SmartBridge) between blockchains.
Why there isn't a need of fork in 2. Encoded listeners will also need something on Bitcoin block chain that will authenticate that command.

I think Ark can use encoded listeners to achieve smart bridge without the need of a hard fork, I'm not an expert so you are better off asking on the Ark slack

NopeI can buy X amount of ARK's, put it my wallet and get rewards?

You are not alone, I just finished my acquisition and will happily sit on this for months or even years.
I sold some ark around 17k sats then ark moon to 41k was kicking myself for selling too early. Now I'm buying back in slowly hopefully it drops more. The longer it stays low the better for my bags plus I'm voting and getting free Ark from pools easy money.

I've been watching the Ark market pretty closely the last few weeks. There is most definitely a whale, or a group of whales, trying to keep the Ark price down. Every time the Ark market begins to show a little bit of life, someone (probably a bot) will come along and crush it. Not only crush the rise, but then throw up 5-15 BTC sellwalls to kill any rebound. I don't believe any of the sellwalls are fake. They don't move even if someone comes along and starts buying into them. And if someone does buy them out completely, new sellwalls appear. Only after a certain amount of time will they go away, only to reappear again on the next rise.
Someone with a LOT of Ark is holding the price down. This latest spike will be interesting though. It looks like another whale has come in and is started buying at the 30000+ range. Let's see which whale wins.

I trust so much in this project I would even not care if we go back to the 0.2$ range

I've seen a lot of complaints about the price not going up recently. Am i the only one who's glad that it's remaining under $1?
I want to get as much cheap Ark as possible before this rocket takes off. Why is everyone in such a rush for the price to go up? Anyone who is invested in Ark now is part of the super early bird group, you should be glad that you have time to accumulate if you really do believe in the long term prospects of this project.
