what will happen if goal is not reached. Do you will accept less funding for the project?

If THRESHOLD reaches 99% and not 100% what will happen? Will the participants get their money back 100% of is there any other scenario in this case?
If the threshold is not met then we will provide a refund option on our TEC site where you can input a refund address.
Those who want refunds will receive them. We will still launch as scheduled just with less funding and possibly a slightly lesser scope for use cases.

i won in all three lotteries, nice luck, but hope that ico will be successful and collect minimum, i deposited too. Guys what is the minimum for ico? is it 1.4m? if ico dont collect it, is there will be money back? i hope not, hope 1m is good enough to work with it
