I think investors are losing faith in all these ICOs projects, a few days ago Inchain ICO end without reaching its set minimum cap also projects like Wings with all the hype has not hit half of its minimum cap. I think people now realise it is possible to get these token at half the ICO price when it hit exchanges, ICONOMI, Antshares, SNGLS, Firstblood and recent Golem are good examples, ARK team came on board saying without 2000BTC minimum, they will refund the money, now the tone of the team is changing.
you do realize what time of the year it is right? This is major vacation season, people are gone so all trading slows.

Happy to see the project will continue without refund all funds which is less than 2000 btc. Continue regardless of the money is a smart choice
Sorry lost track, does that means the minimun cap of 2,000 B is off?
No its still there but in case we dont get the 2000 B then the investors got the choice to 1)leave their funds in the ico or 2) to get a full refund.
No matter what, the project will continue so those who leave their funds will back the project and receive their Ark tokens in feb.
IMO the team has chosen the correct plan, because if they fully cancel the project, they wasted energy, time and money on a void project. Now that people can choose to quit, like antshares. Left people can choose to trust the team, no refund=continue trusting.
