US land claims in Bundy case based on lie-started, treaty-violating, unlawful war on Mexico

“The only thing new in the world is the history you don’t know.”  - President Harry Truman, Plain Speaking: An Oral Biography of Harry S. Truman (1974), Merle Miller, pg. 26.

The Bundy land case raises questions of US federal authority on the ~80% of Nevada they claim to “own.” It’s also a spark for Americans to act on a local issue within a context of US government “leaders” engaging in OBVIOUS crimes centering in war, money, and media (also in ~100 other crucial areas).

US land claims (and here) in Nevada and throughout the US Southwest originate in similar crimes to current US lie-started, treaty-violating, unlawful Wars of Aggression. These claims are from violating treaties with Native Americans, and a lie-started, treaty-violating, unlawful invasive war on Mexico.

If the land in question was stolen by the US federal government, and used US military to do so only with unlawful orders and lies to our trusting soldiers and families, then we have strong arguments that all ensuing claims of the federal government are void because anything passed as so-called “law” in obvious violation to the US Constitution is void with zero legal force.
http://www.washingtonsblog.com/2014/04/us-land-claims-bundy-case-based-lie-started-treaty-violating-unlawful-war-mexico.html

...The war killed over 50,000 Mexicans and over 5,000 Americans, and is a clear historical precedent for US “leadership” to choose lies, dictatorship, and War of Aggression rather than truth, limited government under the law, and peace.

Ok, but if you go far enough back almost all the USA land belongs to Native Americans.  Huh

If you go back far enough Native Americans walked from Europe when the ice would link both continents.

Finally, I can’t help but wonder how conservatives would react if these were black farmers—or black anyone—defending “their” land against federal officials. Would Fox News applaud black militiamen aiming their guns at white bureaucrats?

Somehow, given the degree to which right-wing media traffic in racial paranoia, I think we’d be looking at a different situation if the Bundy Ranch belonged to a bunch of black people. And as someone who closely follows the regular incidents of lethal police violence against blacks and Latinos, I also wonder whether law enforcement would be as tepid against a group of armed African-Americans. Judging from past events, I’m not so sure.

AFTERSHOCK: BLM Destroyed Water Tanks, Shot Bundy Bulls, Ran Over Tortoise Dens

The federal agency that backed down over the weekend in a tense standoff with a Nevada rancher is being accused of leaving a trail of wreckage behind.

Fox News toured the damage — allegedly caused by the Bureau of Land Management — which included holes in water tanks and destroyed water lines and fences. According to family friends, the bureau’s hired “cowboys” also killed two prize bulls.

“They had total control of this land for one week, and look at the destruction they did in one week,” said Corey Houston, friend of rancher Cliven Bundy and his family. “So why would you trust somebody like that? And how does that show that they’re a better steward?”

The BLM and other law enforcement officials backed down on Saturday in their effort to seize Bundy’s cattle, after hundreds of protesters, some armed, arrived to show support for the Bundy family. In the end, BLM officials left the scene amid concerns about safety, and no shots were fired.

The dispute between the feds and the Bundy family has been going on for years; they say he owes more than $1.1 million in unpaid grazing fees — and long ago revoked his grazing rights over concern for a federally protected tortoise. They sent officials to round up his livestock following a pair of federal court orders last year giving the U.S. government the authority to impound the cattle.

Lucky it wasn't worse.
Let's hope they are not preparing to come back with much greater numbers of people and weapons.

Filmmaker: The Bundy’s Will Pay a Fee When The Cartels Start Paying Land Use Fees

That was classic. The Hispanic (mostly Mexican) organized crime cartels have destroyed a large section of the national forests for planting cannabis and the BLM does nothing about it. Are the laws applicable only to the American citizens?

Filmmaker: The Bundy’s Will Pay a Fee When The Cartels Start Paying Land Use Fees

Filmmaker Dennis Michael Lynch was on The Kelly File last night with Megyn Kelly. Lynch, who was at the Bundy ranch in Nevada last weekend told Kelly,

“The Bundy’s will start paying a fee when they [the Bureau of Land Management] start taking a fee from the cartels.”

"Nelson Hultberg - Americans for a Free Republic" <[email protected]>

Fighting Agenda 21
Many Americans are in the dark about one of the most dangerous goals of the
collectivists
throught the West today. It is called Agenda 21. If you are a well-informed patriot,
you know what it is. If not, here is what we are up against.
Agenda 21 is the 1992 United Nations Declaration on the Environment and Development
for all countries throughout the world. It is a tyrannical legal outline for business
development meant to be mandated for all nations, and it is being implemented
insidiously
all around us under euphemistic guise as we speak.
Agenda 21 is a precursor to World Government if there ever was one. Its goals are
an end to national sovereignty, the abolition of private property, the restructuring
of the family unit, and the impostion of ever-increasing limitations on individual
mobility and opportunity.
If you wish to learn more about Agenda 21, there is a brilliant patriotic speaker
to talk to your school, church, or local organization about this monster creeping
up on us. His name is Tom DeWeese, the head of American Policy Center in Washington,
D.C.
Here is a short 4-minute video about Tom and what he is all about.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A_PdRsmZtAY&feature=youtu.be

He has a new audience participation presentation that is really getting audiences
excited. He teaches them new ways to fight back, and they love how simple it is.
Tom has been in the freedom fight for many years now, and he knows what the dangers
are that face us.
If you wish to have him speak in front of your group, the video above will show

I know you will appreciate this man and his wisdom. His message couldn't be more
needed today.
Yours sincerely,
Nelson Hultberg

Time is on our side, yes it is!
If the media did their job and told this story without bias none of this nonsense would be taking place...  Not enough people know this is happening and are being bombarded with trivial stories daily and that is why things like this happen and then can be swept under the rug.

Armed guards surround Bundy, supporters fear imminent threat

Local rancher Cliven Bundy may have his cattle back, but his supporters say they are still preparing for an imminent threat.

Militia groups from all over the country say they are flocking to the Bundy ranch to protect the family from a feared federal government raid.

The Bureau of Land Management allowed Bundy to release his cattle Saturday, after they felt threatened.

Bundy now has a whole contingent of armed guards surrounding him 24 hours a day.

“They’re just there, trying to make sure something crazy doesn’t happen to him,” Bundy’s son Ammon Bundy said.

His security detail and family feel he is someone to be protected because of what the federal government could do.

“There were snipers on the hills and armed guards and you know, military forces with cameras all over.” Ammon Bundy said.

Cliven Bundy fears that the government could gather up again because they never reached a formal deal.

He is also trying to determine whether federal agents damaged any of his cattle before they released them.

Sen. Reid on Cattle Battle: "It's not over"

Powerless clowns with their weapon of choice: death by a 1000 paper cuts

[snip]

The TSA at the airport, that is death by a 1000 paper cuts. You are not stopped. Things just suck more and more.

The power vacuum of democracy never gives up until you defund it by making taxation technically impossible.

It is a paradigmatic cancer. It is not the fault of anyone. Even beheading the megalomaniacs won't make the problem go away, the paradigm will sprout new heads spontaneously.

The only solution is to defund the paradigm technologically. In the past this was done by people hiding in the black market, but now due to the internet, that means stepping back into the stone age and the velocity of money and productivity would plummet.

That is why the only solution is anonymous crypto-currency.

It happens not only in America , but all over the world .......

It happens much more in America as compared to other nations. Incidents such as this have never been heard from the country in which I live. But I have heard almost a dozen or so incidents from the US.
Mainly in fascist/dictatorship nations like US, Russia and China

RIP Mommy
Reid tells News4's Samantha Boatman his take on the so-called cattle battle in southern Las Vegas. "Well, it's not over. We can't have an American people that violate the law and then just walk away from it. So it's not over," Reid said.

Then here's one for your seppuku, Senator, and there's 99 more for your co-conspirators when they're ready to grab them.
