PS: At least this scam is making me learn how to sign a verified message and knowing all ipo's should be handled with a proper wallet and not from an exchange in case of trouble.

I sent direct from exchange.  Are you seriously suggesting I give you control over my account?

Those that have withdraws from exchanges - you may have to give one of use control of your exchange account for a short period of time so we can prove that you were the actual owner, since there isn't another good way to prove it.

You are right. While I'm not an escrow, I do apologize that you couldn't spare 10 minutes of your time reading the full escrow agreement and finding out that it's forwarded every 8 hours.

It's not the Escrow's fault, and they didn't "fuck up". Everything was written in the agreement, and it was followed until they ran away. People investing should be aware of everything that happens, at the minimum regarding how their investment is processed. I don't know what else you want. Are you looking for the team members to say something like "I'm sorry that the devs ran away?"?

Sorry people have been working for hours going unpaid after this situation blew up trying to fix everything for investors who have to do nothing but submitting their transactions.

You need to find the TX from Bittrex to ASC and provide proof of this. With exchanges and certain web wallets it will be much harder, but we'll handle those on a case by case basis.

Nonsense. Anyone could come attacking us for "taking money" ourselves even if we didn't do anything. This will be done 100% transparently.
