I know you are a very busy man and I was not going to trouble you with this but you seem to want confirmation of the trades.

I have had two different auctions to sell about 2000 to 2200 of my shares of ASICMiner. The first auction is completed.

The rest wish to use escrow and have not paid the escrow at this time.

Guys, let me send a list to friedcat for this auction as everyone who will paid has paid.

For people who used escrow because of the escrow contract friedcat will have to make it public that he has already transferred the shares to you or I will not a approve the transfer.
for people that did not use escrow I will let friedcat know you are clear but would still ask him if he would post a confirmation in this thread.

Goat has said that friedcat confirmed his ownership of the shares, but I have not seen that quoted anywhere thus far.

I could be wrong but I don't think wachtwoord's problem with the deal was the escrow itself, rather the innocuous way the contract was worded.

Personally I have placed my trust in the reliability and trustworthiness of John to act as escrow agent.
