This is a break through year for DeFi! man I would highly recommend you to watch PeakDefi content on that point. They educate  really well, btw their PEAK will be listed on OKex and Bsc staking next week, lets get back to defi perspectives this year, I'm sure there will be huge opportunity for everyone in defi area. Some big projects already giving us a sign, so many new ones too, but be careful there's lotta scam out there.
I chose PeakDeFi to start with and I think I'll buy more of their Peak before listings and staking cuz it will pump after that for sure.
Do your research, always check all social media and reviews.

Fomo is over for now, so I suggest you buy coins that are experiencing a pretty good increase or are moving quite up like bitcoin and some altcoins below it. investing in new projects is also still good, such as the graph that is listed in the new finance portfolio and has experienced nearly 20x Roi.

2020 was incredible for defi projects and I think that 2021 will also be very good for defi projects, so this year I have invested in many defi projects and I'm waiting for 2021 to get profit, but be sure to invest very carefully in defi projects, because most defi projects are scam.

Hello everyone I am new here, and I want to start investing, lately the DeFi Project is good this year, there are many ubiquitous DeFi projects, both on Twitter and on the Telegram channel, Am I investing in every DeFi Project that can make a profit? Huh
another one is DeFi becoming a promising business in the future? Cheesy

You should be careful of Defi hype because most projects will soon showcase their true nature which is lack of use case and this will be done after the hype has come down. However, it doesn't dispute the fact there are good Defi projects but scammers likes it when there is too much hype as they can easily bring in theirs and people won't pay much attention because they have channelled their attention on hype rather than use case. So in essence, study the Defi project you want to invest in and make sure that behind the hype there is actually a use case , a good idea and/or working products.

the deFI project is currently doing well, but we need to try to analyze the project. because there is an issue if there is a DeFI project that is a scam and the scammer deliberately imitates the DeFI project to make a profit. so we have to be really vigilant and careful

I think that the capitalization of DEFI projects will not exceed $ 10 billion this year. So far, Bitcoin is most important to me.

that is one of the most valuable advices you can get here op
stop looking at charts and predictions, announces and twitter accounts
look at real demand of the project, real usage cases and etc
currency will only work if people use it
Yes, in everything we have to see is a real use case, because with a real use case, we can also see improvements through graphs and not just predicting, because predictions are just a guess of someone who could miss what he predict.

You should remember about investing in DEFI based on its use-case and the demand that has already gotten. Did you see compound or oikos? You should not invest in any defi but just invest in DEFI that has a very huge potential and big community.
This is no an investment advice but I'm interested in this defi https://icodrops.com/meter/

Most of the DeFi (specially tether) is running on Ethereum network, which currently has a network utilization of 95%. Already this is causing higher fees on the Ethereum network,
any further network utilization will grind the Euthereum network to a halt, making transaction confirmations take longer and making the fees (gas) a lot higher. This has actually
happened once before with Ethereum in 2018, through one of their Dapps called cryptokitties --> https://qz.com/1145833/cryptokitties-is-causing-ethereum-network-congestion/

Upscale plans in the form of sharding solutions are still years away, which means it will not save Ethereum network from getting over utilized in the short term.
ETH 2.0 phase 0 that is planned for later this year will just focus on setting up a PoS chain and setting up validators, it will not address upscaling which is planned for phase 1 and 2.

Link : https://decrypt.co/36263/defi-ethereum-transaction-fees

The simple truth is that Ethereum was not setup from the start to function as a decentralized transaction provider, it was setup to function as a decentralized smart contract / Dapp provider.
This is now giving massive problems with regards to transaction upscaling and will most likely end up with investors and traders looking for alternative networks that have
more efficient transaction-processing capabilities and upscaling solutions already in place.

With the way I'm seeing the combination between DeFi and stable coins in terms of the news surrounding them I think this year belongs to DeFi projects, almost all old DeFi projects have woken up from their sleeps, adding more value to their tokens, investors have finally realized DeFi potential, make sure you do research though

I can actually give you a clue about DeFi projects you need to stay the hell away from, be more careful around new DeFi projects because the hype will definitely attract scammers to this DeFi use case, DeFi projects have been around for a while, it's better to choose the old DeFi projects
you're right, this is one of the ways I choose projects DeFi choose projects that have been running for a long time with its active products

This not first time DeFi is been hyped as its booming in the market right now. Remember mining coins did the same thing but gradually fades away, now dumped in exchange without any good backup. So when investing in DeFi projects, not all would be good, some already dumped in market. So be careful with the one you choose to invest in and do a proper research before investing into it.

That's the whole point, knowing which to invest in. But one can also say since DeFi is just a new development the possibilities of dumping soon is ruled out. So the earlier the better. Early bird, they say...

I am quite surprised by the growing popularity of DeFi right now, many newbies are suddenly interested in investing in DeFi projects.
No wonder like Compound and Oikos suddenly pump, because there is hype. And this is very risky with investing in projects like that.
Do not be too quick in making a decision to invest in DeFi projects, learn more about DeFi projects. If you really understand just
taking a stand, I don't want newbies investing blindly.

be careful with projects like that. Scammers are everywhere. we will only believe in projects with clear exchanges with the support of other large platforms. don't even think those who are new with small exchanges can get full market support.
Yes, now scammers are very good at polishing a project to be used as new bait to everyone, especially investors who often invest in crypto, if they are not careful and always in a hurry in making decisions, then they will always be victim of a scammer.
Usually the scammers were using the non sense idea for its project that was almost impossible to be implemented. I have been watching this so many times newbies were rushing without DYOR. that's the worst thing that i have ever seen and how often the newbies were watching the awareness thread.

Actually, Defi projects are really doing well this year, it wont be a bad idea investing in it Since we all know that scammers are everywhere o, you just need to be vigilant and make sure you invest in the real Defi project. But i think you need to learning about crypto world in general since you are new to cryto world you cant just start from the investing aspect make sure you learn the basics of crypto.
