Until now there is no such establishments or any store in my country who really accept bitcoin as term of payments, maybe in some other countries it was already happened, hopefully there is a total implementation of bitcoin that use as term of payments by any establishments worldwide. But high percentage of bitcoin users who really believe that bitcoin soon will surely use as term of payments like a medium of exchange, although it is only a form of speculation and prediction but I do believe that it will surely happen soon.

How many times have you came in a store and asked whether or not they accept bitcoin when you wanted to pay?

Should we do that EACH time we visit ANY store?
Would we create a huge advertisement for BTC that way?

Would stores start accepting it when they encounter a couple of people on a weekly basis asking them if they accept bitcoin?

Should we start doing this? o.o
Should we create a community so hard core that asks for everything they pay if it could be handled in BTC?

This is not necessary to do but this could help us mainstream bitcoin into the community. Some local store operators does not have and idea of what is bitcoin all about and if we make a group in our areas who are bitcoin holders and we visit a certain stall one at a time, the store owner will be puzzled and be curious about bitcoin. Then that will be the start for him to either to accept bitcoins or not. But in some way it is really helpful.

It's a good idea but Bitcoin is banned in my country, stores can not accept bitcoin  when the bitcoin banned by government.but if the government accepts bitcoin this proposal will be a great deal for Bitcoin's growth.

Before you ask some stores if they accepting bitcoin, you should ask yourself these questions, Are they aware of bitcoin? Is it possible that they will accept bitcoin without the notice of the government? Is our country accepting bitcoin? Do you think that store could accept bitcoin or other cryptocurrency and many more. Before you ask some stores about it ask yourself first maybe later on you would be ashamed if they will return the question to you because they do not know what you are talking about.

Those stores who can be ask to accept bitcoin is the store who exactly know what bitcoin is, it is really hard to accept a currency you didn't know how to use.

Stores that receive payments with bitcoin certainly exist. but in my opinion, it will be in a country that has legalized bitcoin to be a payment transaction.

We should definitely try it, people need to made understand that customers are preferring BTC over real money and thus creating awareness among them.

There is no harm in asking, the infrastructure for accepting bitcoin as payment is already there. Soon we will be asking if they take ethereum as well as bitcoin.

Since people in my country is not so aware about conditions in outside of my country then I don't ask such thing, maybe in Malaysia I will ask such thing but here in Indonesia people are likely prefer like to use rupiah rather than bitcoin because it is more safer.

Yes, by doing this, you are creating more awareness to some peoples who doesn't know about bitcoin.
Later they will find about bitcoin, and there is a chance they gonna use cryptocurrency as well.
Nothing hard core, just a little chit chat with the store keeper, ask if they know about btc and accept is as a payment or not

I have tried asking this question in some physical stores. I remembered asking a pc parts store near me, if they would want to accept Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency as payment for the hard disk drive that I bought to them. They said no but also said that maybe they will in the future. So yea, asking is not a crime so why not, as long as your government allows cryptocurrency transactions, you are not violating any rules/law. But this is not necessary, let the huge businesses starts to accept cryptocurrency and small businesses will surely follows.

There is no harm in asking about it but I don’t think so that using Bitcoin in stores for everyday purchases would be possible owing to the lack of adoption of Bitcoin. There is still a huge amount of population who are not aware of the cryptocurrency market. Even many stores will also be unfamiliar with cryptocurrencies. I hope that a time come soon when we can use Bitcoin for such routine activities.
