below pizza  ? lol . that gives a little sense of humor there  but to the question if will btc loose dominance ?  yes it does happening already  . when btc loose its pump it sudenly looses his fame and many people quit on supporting btc

.  there are now other coins that are on hype and that makes them to dominate this time although i dont  know if what will happen to them later on , maybe they can also loose that domination like what happen to btc   .

I think that bitcoin dominance will start at around $ 16,000 per bitcoin, and then, many investors will see a rise in bitcoin.

What will happen when the Bitcoin price rises to over $ 100000. Do people take bitcoin anymore? Or how people will trust bitcoine. If the price goes down from $ 100K to $ 1k, the world economy moves. Because very large capital owners sink.
$ 100k reduction to $ 1000 will not happen in my opinion, unless Bitcoin is rumored to be dead, because Bitcoin is not only owned by 1-2 people, all of them hold bitcoin to be made an investment
Firstly, the price of bitcoin can not just instantly skyrocket to one hundred thousand dollars. If it rises, the owners of bitcoin themselves will not allow it to grow further freely, because they will drop it at an acceptable price and its growth, according to the laws of the market, will first slow down and then fall. Investors will already remember what happened to the price of bitcoin after in December 2017 it soared in price up to $ 20,000. After that, it fell to $ 6,000, and then even lower. Therefore, bitcoin holders are unlikely to hold them, when the price of bitcoin rises, they will fix their profits.

Secondly, the cryptocurrency market is very flexible and volatile. If investors see that Bitcoin will not be able to constantly increase in price, as it was before that time, the situation will change very quickly and the attitude towards Bitcoin as well. Therefore, you need to be prepared for such a scenario.

Bitcoin needs to lose market dominance. Because the price of any other project can not rise. Altcoins can't find a space for themselves. New investors are also investing in bitcoin. New investors now have to choose altcoins instead of Bitcoins. I think Bitcoin dominance will start dropping after $ 128,000.

Where will the weight shift when Bitcoin loses its dominance on the market? There's too much altcoin. Which of the subcoins will take over now. I think the Ethereum will be one of them. Then let's look at the subcoins that are good at the project team.
Ethereum is indeed the most successful altcoin so far and it has always been following the trends of bitcoin much better than any other coin. Well this is really absurd to think that bitcoin will ever lose its dominance. Ethereum can increase in its value but it can never be able to exceed bitcoin. Bitcoin has far more market than Ethereum. Even if all bitcoin is mined out, still I am sure that it would rule the world.
Not just only ethereum is the most successful altcoin ever but also way better than bitcoin. What bitcoin has is the reputation where ethereum does not have that much compared to bitcoin that is why it is vague for now to say that bitcoin will lose its place in market dominance. At the end, as decentralization is taking over the people, the possibility of bitcoin to lose the market dominance is at stake and not only the ethereum have the chance of getting to it.

There's a huge pile of money at $ 64,000 or $ 32,000. People make sales when they make a profit. Already for 2 years the market is constantly uneasy. I'm not angry with people's behavior. In this case, a strong rise may not come. Because there is a constant sales pressure.

The price will not say much about Bitcoin's Dominance. because when bitcoin plummets alts will drop even stronger, so bitcoin's dominance is definitely still high in the future, the problem is speculators' belief. Bitcoin's dominance only goes down when many investors and sharks no longer feel that bitcoin has a good future. For example, when the halving event comes but the price of Bitcoin does not increase, this will affect confidence in the future of Bitcoin, so there will be more people selling bitcoin and buying alts. That is a typical example when Bitcoin dominance goes down seriously.

You could have a point if the other cryptocurrencies in the market were really good, but there are only a handful of coins in the market that are any good and even those coins have no way to compete with bitcoin right now, and even if they keep improving their technology there is nothing stopping bitcoin from adopting all of those innovations in itself, you are talking as if bitcoin is a static coin with no development but that is not true, the other coins are improving but bitcoin is improving as well.
Yes, very few coins in the market were quite strong to give hard competence to bitcoin. In recent years ethereum gave a competence in the dominance level, but the same didn't last for a longer time period. From my learning about cryptocurrency market, only a technology updation better than blockchain can lead to the overcoming of dominance level of bitcoin.
I remember there was a time in which ethereum was really close to bitcoin in their market caps and many thought that was the moment in which we'll see ethereum taking the first spot away from bitcoin but since then the interest in ethereum has dropped dramatically due to several factors like the apparition of many competitors and the lack of interest coming from investors to the ico market which was the main reason for the high demand for ethereum.

I dont think its a proper measurement or argument to do. Ups and downs are inevitable, nothing can go up all the time, alts need to have a strong motive or usecase only then they may survive the BTC dominance but there are many exceptions where there is no real importance but still the alt is living.

No specific price , just once its market value became lower than an altcoin for a long period of time. If you are not new in this industry you should have witnessed some altcoins which had a larger market value than Bitcoin's price but foe a short period of time only. So maybe, if it is Bitcoin's dominance we are talking about, it would only be possible to lose its dominance if ever its market value will be lower than on few cryptos and if its price won't be able to cope up.
It is not possible. There is going to be no point ever when bitcoin will lose its dominance. Bitcoin is the first digital currency. The main reason behind the creation of altcoins. Many altcoins have tried to replace it but all failed pathetically. Even the king of altcoins, ethereum, is nothing in front of the real king. No doubt, you have the right answer but the thing is, it is not going to happen ever. Bitcoin will stay far above others.
Bitcoin will eventually lose its price dominance over other types of cryptocurrencies. This is simply inevitable because it will comply with the laws of the market. Nothing lasts forever; everything develops and changes. Whatever we say here, the market will value functionality first of all, rather than name. At the top of prices and popularity will be the best. In order for Bitcoin to retain its place as a leader, he needs to try very hard and according to probability theory, sooner or later he will nevertheless give up this place to others.

To be fair it's really hard to answer. Some may say: Bitcoin will lose it's dominance once bitcoin's price will be lower or near to any major currency, escpecially 2nd and 3rd ones but at the same time we have to consider the fact that once Zcash's price was almost 3x higher than bitcoin's. But did it change something? Did it ruin bitcoin's dominance? Logically it had to affect bitcoin and from the very first day people had to see light in Zcash but no, it failed and fall down, bitcoin kept it's dominance and still along with USD, altcoin's price are shown in bitcoin too.
I don't think price will be a huge indicator there but if there may be coin better than bitcoin with some promising price rises, then there may end it's dominance.
Even if at some point a new coin was created that had many characteristics which made it superior to bitcoin it is doubtful that even then the dominance of bitcoin will diminish, there is simply too much money invested in bitcoin and too many hopes put into it to allow it to fail.

And if for some reason it happens I think it is fair to ask ourselves if this market can survive without a very dominant bitcoin at the top and in my opinion the market will always need a strong bitcoin to survive.

Bitcoin will remain the dominant for a very long period of time because Bitcoin is not comparable to any altcoin. The growth of cryptocurrency and its adoption in the world is going to benefit Bitcoin more than any altcoin. So for as long as the cryptocurrency growth is adding new people and investors to itself, Bitcoin will remain the dominant as every newcomer in this world will certainly prefer and buy Bitcoin first before he is going to consider buying an altcoin.

After rising from 45% to around 70%, the Bitcoin dominance seems to be stable now. However, the next bull rally should see the dominance rising from the current levels to somewhere around 75%-80%, or even higher. Because the next block reward halving is fast approaching and we can expect the spike resulting from that within the next 2-3 months.
So basically there wont be any point where bitcoin will lose its dominance. Nothing can takes it place. Actually that makes sense too. Now bitcoin was the first digital currency and laid foundation of digital coin market. Altcoins depend on it, how can they dominate it. Halving is going to be a climax for sure. Bitcoin will be rising high after the event. So bitcoin will remain the number coin forever.
Nothing available can take place of dominance bitcoin on coinmarket cap and trading system, many investor like for investing with bitcoin than altcoin how ever price of bitcoin at the future, after bitcoin down altcoin have allow with lower price and make less dominance on market cap with altcoin so give opportunity to bitcoin become dominance on exchange market than altcoin.

While I have always thought that at some point investors will get tired of investing in icos and losing all their money I am still surprised it has happened already.

The bitcoin dominance is still above 65% and it seems that it does not matter what happens that number does not drop, ethereum and the other altcoins will need to get the attention of investors with something big because if they do not and we are close to those levels when the next halving happens it will not be strange if we saw a bitcoin dominance above 80% after the halving.
No matter what altcoin does, bitcoin will always have dominance more than them because if you take a look at bitcoin now, I think that it is the only coin that has not disappointed people while other coin and even the Ethereum has disappointed people, so if Ethereum even start rising now, I think that there will still be more activities surrounding bitcoin more that will always lead to the dominance of bitcoin every time.

For bitcoin dominance to reduce, altcoins will really have to work so hard which I must tell you that I have even not seen anything that much that will make altcoins to have a higher dominance than bitcoin, because investor are very much interested in bitcoin right now than they are interested in altcoins. All the altcoins projects they have had is nothing to speak about.
