I ordered 2 miners and 1 controller on July 17, 2017, (at this time stock was avaiable), Paid via bank the order on the next day.
After 2 days I got a confirmation by Jasmine via a support ticket which I started.
So long so good.
I was told to wait till the money is on their bank balance.
Week after Week more and more excuses.
The money is since this time on their bank account, but they keep me waiting for sending me my paid products.
Support Ticket is since 2 weeks not answered.

I thought this company is legit and trustfull, I just wanted to do a test order on them with 2 miners, to replace my existing s7. Unfortunely they are not interested into that.
Actually there are 100 S7 miners which I want to replace.

Origin order was #62979
unresponded support ticket since two weeks #63296

I just dont know what to do, they have my money. I can't get it in my bank account back...

Any advises? Twitter and FB also not responding..

Calm down boys, I'm sure they doing their best to get everyone's orders in. I got all my miners in 4 days from ordering, they're a good company.

Yea same here, i put it in the notes and sent a separate ticket right after. Im assuming to see who actually wants to buy one and understands that its BTC and not any other way in order to get a better understanding of orders v.s. stock

specifically told them how I intended to pay via BTC and they sent me a general email saying they cant take paypal or wire transfers, and asked me how I intend to pay. do they even read the tickets ?

They should better send us payment information and ship the packs.

Why don't you just buy Bitcoin to pay the order?

i bought the avalon 741 few months ago via wire transfer and very happy with the product.

i  ordered a few more on the 31st and now waiting for payment confirmation... but have not heard anything, i know they are under resoucred.

Are you saying they will only do BTC transfers from now on ?? wtf ?

Why won't they accept wire transfers anymore ?

@steve if you read this, please make an exception..   eve for small miners like me.

For me it looks like they are extremely overwhelmed with the situation and we only accept this, because no other seller is available right now.. i just hope Bitmain will sell its S9 soon

I also get grey hair, if I think about the future waiting time..

To get the Payment Information ist not the only Problem i guess..

I do know why they are stuck.

Man it would suck to get miners and not be able to run them. But i guess that goes back to spec sheets and people understanding and reading them, then taking a look at their own breakers to see what they can do. Just the A7 on a USA circuit is 10 amps!!!

for me when i get 3 miners or more im going to build a special mini room for my servers and asics with special ducts and its own circuit panel installed (yay for being a construction worker for years)

I'm about to purchase some, do you think it would be better to just buy with paypal? Will they allow me to pay with paypal or card? or is it better to use crypto?

Why is it stuck in Japan? Did Canaan do something to cause it? Could the Missile flying over japans head from north korea maybe be a reason for them to put a hold on foreign goods?

Yeah  well last time you skipped my Aug 6th order for later orders.  Sold the gear out from under me.  Billed me  14 days after I ordered due to the sell out.  Lily promised me a discount for free shipping due to the delay as my order was  714+50 = 764.

When the btc bill came it was for 774 not 714.  I paid it  as I was tired of dealing with  you and now it is delayed in Japan Due weds the 30th.  Most likely will not arrive until sept 5th due to Labor day weekend.  

So I lose 20 days of mining because you skipped over my order.  thats close to 200 bucks.
I don't get the 50 dollar discount  brings me to 250  in the hole on my aug 6 th order.

Still waiting for it to leave Japan.

Still because you made some effort to be helpful  I ordered last night  lets see how long that one takes.

Although you could do it now  and skip over all the orders ahead of me  to make up for the last order where you admitted you skipped over my order and sold out from under me.

just the one  as I simply can no longer bring myself to do larger orders for any asics anymore.

even though I have ordered more then 100,000 usd in asic gear since mining began from these seller/builders

when they open in a few hours from then till they close some should go out but like others have said it could take days or a couple weeks.

I received two confirmations of the same order. Replied to both of them to open the tickets, but haven't heard anything again since.

Just wondering if anyone here who got an order confirmed last night has received their payment address?

It's anecdotal, but everything I've read states that the 741s are more reliable than the S9. Both are good machines, though. I ended up going with the 741s primarily based on the amount of heat and noise the S9s put out.
