I opened also a new ticket and closed the old ones. Hopefully I will have something soon in my order page :-)

Thank you for processing tickets now.
...
My ticket is resolved and order page is updated!
This is impressive! Thanks BitSyncom  Grin

My Order # on the order page is 108xx. Ticket# ~1000
My order is shipped and arrived DHL Customs in Germany. They called me today. I didn't got a tracking number untill now.
DHL told me customs fee will cost like ~250,-€.

Is it recommended to removd the f1 fuse still?  What would be the easiest way to remove it?

OMG they answered my ticket within 5 minutes and my order (Feb 3) is now appearing in the store.

Almost the most beautiful day of my life...

and is shipping in 1-3 days.

I said before: I'll address shipping issues first, get production flowing, then I'll address tickets and ship units. there is literally no reason to do this before the first two is ready n set.

My order(10 feb) still does not show up in the store.

maybe you guys should check this out : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/is-avalon-mining-with-customer-hardware-answer-is-here-236348

hope this is not causing you all the delays  Grin

Most definitely the cause of delays since all answers seem to be cryptic and indefinite. Of course all the confusion could be cleared really quickly if BitSyn came out and stated what is actually going on since there is now two months of delays since the original ship date of batch 2's. Throwing a dog a bone for the pack to shut up would seem like a good idea when you don't want to be completely honest, it would seem we are getting bones and nothing more. There is no cake and if there happens to actually be cake it will be dried out and crusty by the time the whole party gets a piece.

I'm pretty sure they're sending out in order of the size of a hash of the transaction hashes. No one would just use dice, I mean what are you guys thinking?

Does anyone seriously investigated in what order they are shipping now? Is it seems random, or anyone sees some rule?
I'm asking not for guesses but some conclusions from data we have collected here.

Seems like they are using an RNG for this. I paid before others and yet other people got theirs.

That eliminates payment order (in meaning time when you payed)

There still those:
-payment order (in meaning time when they received it or registered it)
-purchase order (when you click proceed or sth)
-order number which I think is eliminated since I have much lower number than confirmed delivers I see here.
-random (realy randowm with RNG, which I hope is not ;P)
-random (semirandom, that mean someone sits and pick up, "Oh, today I'll send it to girls names, or to Surenames starting with "F"")
They use dice to select order they want to deliver.

Inquiry:  I have a DHL tracking number, but I'm not finding it using any of DHL's tracking tools.  Can any of you suggest the correct link for tracking my package?

Thanks!
Ellie

P.s. if the owner of the batch 2 tracker spreadsheet will PM me I'll bang over my info.

It's not like a chose to pay 75BTC instead of 55BTC  Roll Eyes

Batch #2 was listed in USD, not BTC so everybody paid the same $1500 a unit.
Yeah we all here are in the business of minting USD...

I might be crazy but I calculate my ROI in BTC and the only payment method was in BTC

Profits/losses from changes in the exchange rate should be considered separately from your investment in mining hardware. Since it was priced in USD but the payment method was BTC, you were effectively "cashing out" your BTC at the current exchange rate when you purchased a batch #2 unit. Regardless of your profit/loss when you "cashed out" you basically invested $1500USD into your batch #2 unit like everybody else did regardless of how many BTC that was at the time of payment. Of course that was not the case for batch #3/bulk chips which are priced in BTC.

EDIT:
http://launch.avalon-asics.com is down as well
http://bitsyn.com down too

I hope it is not an attack, and no user data leakage.
