I can confirm that feb 2-3 orders are entered in avalon store.

Order #xxxx made on February 2, 2013. Order status: processing.

I assume you mean they're being entered, my feb 3 order is still not there. I doubt I'm alone in this.

Same.  I ordered on 03-Feb.  I can login to my walletbit account and see the order receipt, but logging into store.avalon-asics.com with my username "bogart" shows no orders.

I also received an email confirmation on 17-April from [email protected] saying that my order was received, and gives an order number #1049.

I will watch for it to appear in my account, and file a ticket if I don't see it by 19-April.

Can you clarify? Did you get a confirmation on Apr 17 for your Feb 3rd order?

I've not received any communication from Avalon for my Feb 2 order.

I'm expecting the shipping information from Avalon eventually, and I was wondering how long do their shippings to Europe take. 1-2 weeks, or more like a few days?

DHL took four days, with Easter in between, for my batch one units.

If you got an email from Walletbit to confirm your order then you should be good. You can actually check with Walletbit to see if your address is complete but unfortunately there is then no way to check if ever there has been made a mistake later and you can't check the 'processing' or 'shipped' status.

If you created a login later, I guess you could open a ticket to link your guest order to your login if you have other pending orders

Care to bet on that?   First Unit in 4 weeks for avalon is that what you mean?  Or majority shipped in 4-6 weeks?   I think they are shipping in days and probably 20 per day since they said they already know how to build them.
So ... what've they been doing for the last 3 months (since Jan 20) if they can make 20 a day ...
... even if they took a whole month off partying with the $1.5mil they made on batch #3 ...
... and did nothing on the weekends ...
... and could only make 12 a day, that's ... at least 490 should be already made ...
I dunno, can anyone make up any other excuses? I think I've covered them all ...

(remember you cannot get a refund coz they use the money you gave them to buy the parts to make your Avalon)
I am not sure if you are joking or naive or just trolling because you are bored and still do not have a pretty butterfly to play with.   I would assume that since you know software that you know something about how hardware is made too?   Is that correct?  Or did you pass some machine in an airport somewhere dispensing wafers?    Jan 20 seems to be a strange date to pick as they were producing batch I (or do you not believe batch I was ever shipping and everyone is lying on their behalf?) through march.
I think you are just bored and trolling but if you want to place some kind of bet, define it.

BFL, correct? It can't be Avalon. I wouldn't like to have anything to do with such a company. I gave my money to a company that meet their deadlines and the deadline for the end of batch 2 shipping was 10 days ago.

Batch 2.1, paid 02 of February, support tiket #189 (unanswered)
Still have no e-mail confirmation from Avalon, no any orders in my account page at avalon store.
Will wait until friday 19Aprill then will begin open new tikets and PM messages every morning, noon and night.

I'd contact Yifu via email immediately + raise a ticket.
Tried to open a ticket but submit button seem disabled.  Undecided

May I know where and how are you submitting the tickets? Is it at http://support.avalon-asic.com ? Because I am not getting any responses. This is disappointing..
This is the good address. You need to be patient, they never answered my ticket from February.

They fixed it, I'm giddily pending now.  My F5 key is now at rest.
