My batch 2 order is currently showing up as canceled.  It was in Pending previously.  I'm OCD checking my email so often my F5 key is going to break.  @Avalon:  This is not a complaint.  I trust you guys to fix it, you guys are doing great.  Cheesy
I'd contact Yifu via email immediately + raise a ticket.
Tried to open a ticket but submit button seem disabled.  Undecided

Its the same story as always. They didn't care to even throw a number in it.

Ok, they are back from the holidays.
Now what?

I tried to draw a graph to discover the most probable newsletter time, but i got no tangible result. So, again, and for a lot of time to come probably, we can only wait.

I can confirm that feb 2-3 orders are entered in avalon store.

Order #xxxx made on February 2, 2013. Order status: processing.

 Thank you avalon, can't wait.

I assume you mean they're being entered, my feb 3 order is still not there. I doubt I'm alone in this.

I know but look my ordered b2 machines are within the first 25 paid, and my b3 orders are gone!  Shocked

well in china is almost 21:00pm we should get an update soon.

no, it was not there due to the mess of the first phase of batch 2.

I had a BitPay confirmation only till yesterday when the order was added to my page inside avalon store.

Please don't slander the good name of bitpay by erroneously giving them credit for that total cluster caused by walletbit on Feb 2 & 3.

As mentioned, many of us Feb 2 & 3 batch 2 orderers have never received confirmation of our orders from Avalon. This remains the case for me and others, though Yifu has stated that if you have a walletbit receipt your order is fine.  

Feb 2 and 3rd are still not added in. It looks like the later 2nd batch orders are the ones with entries in the Avalon store. I guess this means we will be receiving our units first (2-3 feb)  Tongue

Seems cogs are turning in the Avalon 'machine', my support ticket to get my orders added to my store account (they were missing, but I'd received WalletBit/Yifu email confirmation), was just handled and they've been added.

Great news. May I ask if you ordered on February 2 or February 3? Also, when you say "store account" do you mean here?

How are you logging in to the Avalon store? I've entered my email address and hit the "reset password" button a number of times, but the email doesn't arrive (yes, I've checked in the spam folder).

Well, I'm not logging in, I've it open in a tab in my browser... there is not even a logout menu/button... :O
