Hi Patrike,

Bit of an issue trying to achieve the following on Managed Profit Miners

Goal:
Switch Pool Groups for x hours every day then back to default Pool Groups

Procedure:
Code:
1. Setup Rule with Time Trigger to trigger at certain hour of the day
2. Rule Action -> Miner Command -> Change group pool -> Selects desired pool group

Result:
Code:
The action did nothing on the miners, the profit switcher still considers all settings that are under Options -> Profit Switching and thus, no effect.

Also regarding Monero, it's still listed as V8 and my profit is showing $0.00.  Can I fix that or do I have to wait for next update?
There will be a new release in just a moment that map Monero to CryptoNightV4 (R).

Thanks Patrike.   Works great now.

any idea how to get teamredminer to use --algo cnr instead of cnv8?
tried Command Line Parameter -- but didnt work
You can go to the Options dialog, Managed Software section, and modify the entry for TeamRedMiner. Awesome Miner uses the name "CryptoNight V4" for the new Monero fork. You can enable this line and put the User Defined Command Line "cnr" here.

If you have a coin with the algorithm CryptoNightV4, Awesome Miner will then launch TeamRedMiner with "cnr"

The next release of Awesome Miner will include the latest TeamRedMiner with CryptonightV4 (cnr) suppot enabled by default.

Hi patrike,

When updating to the new version, all the benchmarks have been deleted. Only the best benchmark of each algo has been saved  Shocked
That doesn't sounds good - I will investigate this. Thanks for letting me know.

Anyone else experienced the same issue?

Havn't seen this myself.
Could it be that an old config/backup has been restored if the config.xml file is barfed - e.g. after a crash?
Would this be written to the log with the default settings?

Same here, on multiple RIGs.. :/
I found the issue related to the benchmark and it will be corrected in the next release. Thanks for the reporting the problem.

Hi Patrike, I'm sure you covered this multiple times before, but is there another (cleaner) way to tell AM to use a different Algo?  For instance, Masari is using CryptoNight Fast2, but AM tells it to use CryptoNight Fast.  I got it to work by changing the Coin in Pool Properties from "Masari" to "Unspecified CryptoNight Fast2", but this obviously is a work around.
I suppose this is a case of where the coin recently forked ot another algorithm?

Awesome Miner gets all coin information, including which algorithm it's based on, via the coin statitics providers like WhatToMine.com and CoinCalculators.io. In case a coin changes the algorithm, it may take some time before these providers changes the algorithm. Awesome Miner can override the algorithm for a coin via the Options dialog, Statistics Providers section, where the setting Override coin algorithm can be used to specify that a specific coin should be using another algorithm.

there is a way to export benchmark results to multiple profit profiles? copying it manually is a pain ...
Good point - It's noted.

I think is a good idea
I upgraded to  Version: 5.3.3 and Phoenix miner no longer connects to any pools. Anyone having this issue? It prints this then just hangs there... then disconnects then reconnects. Bminer works...

I've actually had another user that experienced issues with Phoenix Miner 3.0c, where going back to the previous version of Phoenix Miner (2.9 if I remember correctly) worked better. That could be an option to try.
