Can you put the 'Software' column in the benchmark option to be ordered just like the 'Algorithm' column does? It would be good and would make it easier to check the new software for the benchmark.

Just wanted to let you know that I've isolated the UI freezing problem to a scenario where I have a remote client that I am connecting to via port forwarding, and their internet connectivity is spotty. I imagine the freeze is happening when the thread is hanging because it is expecting a timely response from the remote client and not getting it. Is there a setting already in place to deal with such a scenario?

Can you see if the files config.txt and awesome-restart.bat also are generated correctly in the same folder as pools.txt? In case Awesome Miner is unable to update/write to these files, it fail to start the mining software.

Is the log file for Remote Agent indicating that there are any issues creating these files? If you want, you could send me this log file.

I can't get SRBMiner-CN-V1-6-7  to start remotely with Awesome miner it downloads to the remote miners etc and tries to start then stops, it even fills in the pool.txt files correctly and if I use the bat file it uses in the folder with remote desk top it loaded up and runs with out using Awesome miner .

is there a setting im not aware of ? . I tried to the clean all old downloads , deleting everything on the remote PC/miners. rebooting, didn't use afterburner etc , and if I use any other miners to mine they download and work .

To get access to development versions, open the Options dialog in Awesome Miner. In the General section, enable Check for development versions. Then go to the Menu and click Check for updates

I think this would be much more informative than the icon of the pool, which does not carry absolutely any information

Thanks for the update. I will include the updated miner versions in the next release of Awesome Miner.

Would it be even better if I simply removed the small coin icon and the large generic pool icon, and replaced it with only a large coin icon? So instead of two icons you would only have one, and that would be a larger icon for the specific coin?

I think that would make most sense as the generic pool icon doesn't give so much information. If anyone else also have feedback on this as well, please let me know. Thanks!

Last time the profit switcher was a bit CPU heavy when using a large number of Profit profiles.

Version 5.4.3 will be released soon and includes even more optimizations to the performance and CPU load. Can you please upgrade to the latest version once available, and send me a new log file if you still run into this problem? You could also try to increase the profit switching interval to find out if the profit switcher is causing these issues. Thanks!

 I use it over Cast XMR only because the Fee and limits of setting up Cast XMR.

both give about the same speed while one charges a big 1.5 fee an the other ones fee is 0.85 in xmr mode .

Ive been asking lolMiner v0.43 to allow for Awesome miner support but it looks like, I'm being Ignored . sigh .

an the coin market is starting to pick up some and will now that the Summer is ending, i bet those who sold off there GPU's will be sorry at some point but won't admit it .

There is an error in displaying the icons in the pools. The coin itself is registered and displayed correctly (see screenshot)

as well as with recent updates (if not mistaken with 5.4) icons in
c:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\AwesomeMiner\
have the lowest priority than those that are protected in the program itself

I sent you the log file a while ago, nothing in my configuration has changed since then.

If the miner is stopped and you want to start it based on a profit value, you need to use the property "Profit Profile" instead of "Miner Profit", as the miner doesn't have any profit when stopped.

I just had another report on the issue with multiple triggering, when using the Revenue / Profit trigger. A correction will be included in the next release.

I've got a rule setup to start and stop a pair of miners when they cross a profit threshold, but for some reason the start rule never actually starts them.

Miner Profit, Greater than or equals 2.25 US Dollar per day

I've tried setting this to miner revenue and profile profit, neither seem to trigger a start, even when View Details shows greater than 2.25 profit per day.

Also sometimes it looks like the stop rule keeps triggering even if the miner is stopped in some kind of endless loop every 5-10 seconds. Not sure what that's about.

In the View Details dialog you can see the Profit hashrate for the pool/algorithm. Is this hashrate a non-zero value? If you go to the Coins tab and compare XDNA with the same hashrate, do you get a non-zero value?

Please get back to me with the log file and configuration file and I will investigate this in more detail. Thanks!

Some fields are updated on the miner when it's in profit switching mode, so when changing back to a Managed Miner all settings may not be kept. You can use the concept of Managed Templates to restore the Managed Miner properties to a saved state.

The closest Awesome Miner has to offer here is the Profit factor you can set on a individual pool (Pool Properties, Advanced section). Specifying a value like 0,88 here would make all profit reporting for this pool lower, but this will apply to both the estimates for the day and for the month. Having this specified for only the month is a very specific scenario that isn't supported.

If needed, you can use the rule action "Set property" to schedule power cost changes depending on day and time.
