I would love to get some NiceHash integration into Awesome Miner. NiceHash provides API calls to get worker information and such. For that matter, you could probably add generic support for API/JSON calls.
Here's one scenario I'm thinking of specifically: NiceHash can give me hash rates for my rigs so at least Awesome Miner could display that information plus I could use alerts, etc. I'm much less concerned about displaying profit information, rig management and alerting are my main focus.

i'm currently using Awesome Miner to mine to mining pool hub with profit switching with a couple of low end Nvidia cards. I might be buying an AMD card to add to the mix but before I do that I was trying to figure out how I would go about setting up Awesome Miner to use both the AMD and Nvidia cards and still mine to MPH with profit switching.
Can anyone help me out with that?

The only scenario where this will require some manual configuration is if you want to run Claymore Etheruem miner, because that one will try to run on both AMD and nVidia at the same time. It's however possible to configure each profit profile to have command line parameters to Claymore to force it to use only nVidia or AMD (see -platform parameter).
thank you for the reply! I assume then that I would need to create a 3rd profit profile that has the combined hashrates of all of the cards in order to use on the "coins" and "online services" tabs so that it picks the correct algo to mine on between all of the cards?

* New trigger to detect low device count for a miner, to find out when a GPU is missing
After about 10 days I can report, that this future is not working properly. Often happens that miner falls, AM restarts them, all videocards are in place I see, but the trigger reports that there one GPU is missing.
But it was the other way around - first the trigger said that the card is lost and then the miner falls and restarted.
But anyway...
Maybe it's hard for me to explain it all. But the fact is that if the GPU is lost then it can not be restore without a full reboot of Windows. At least for Nvidia. I don't know about AMD.
Maybe you need to change the method of definition?
I used a different service earlier and never had false positives before.

hello patrike, I want to ask you in the next update to add the following algorithms: x17, Hsr, Lyra2z, Phi, sib, Tribus, xevan, for cpumining m7m and yescript.
All these algorithms are supported by card of Nvidia for Miner tpruvot 2.2.2.
They are more profitable than the maximum which are the default in your program

Hopefully someone can help me out here! I have Awesome miner installed and configured to mine electroneum with Cc miner software through electroeum.hashparty.io pool. When I start the miner, it stops immediately and Diagnostics shows this; 'Your system does not support CUDA 9.0 API'
What can I do? Change from CcMiner to ?, or upgrade GPU and/or driver, or something else?
I have searched and googled but am at a loss. Any info regarding this would be appreciated! I do like Awesome miner and for now want it to be my mining platform.

I have a couple of D3s. I created some temperature protection rules however "disable ASIC" does nothing and "stop miner" just restarts the miner. Any way to actually pause mining on the Antminers?
I wonder if it would be possible to force the miner to use an invalid pool so it cannot hash, and then of course switch it back after a while. I don't have the perfect answer to this - maybe some other Antminer experts here have better suggestions? November 13, 2017, 05:53:29 PM

Another Quality of Life suggestion. Please add pop ups to the lower right corner of your screen if a notification happens, so you can tell when something happens when it's in the background. And/or make the title of the application flash when there is a notification. Other applications have a similar feature and it's very useful when a application is minimized.

Can I use awesome miner to profit switch on a Baikal miner?
I don't have any reports from users of Baikal miners on this, so I actually don't know. If the "Prioritize" button is working when you select one of the pools on the miner, the External Profit Switcher will work as well. I have a Baikal, and it works if you setup a pool group to do profit switching, or to mine a single pool directly. But, if you are looking to switch algorithms on a Baikal, you should use the built in support for Nicehash, Miningpoolhub, or Zpool directly from the Baikal interface and set it up as an external miner in AM.
