Hi Patrike,

i have a difference in CPU temp only 1 rig. AM says 77°C and Coretemp and AMD Ryzen Master says it have 87°C. CPU is a Ryzen 5 2600x. On other rigs there are no problems (Ryzen 5 1600 temp is right, Ryzen 3 1200 temp is right and on all other Intel CPU´s temp is right)
There are multiple temperature sensors on the CPU, so it may not be the exact same we report as Ryzen Master reports. Awesome Miner prioritize the "CPU Core" and "CPU (Tdie)" sensors, but there are more sensors.

If you want, please check with the tool OpenHardwareMonitor where you will see the name of many of the CPU temperature sensors and the reported temperature for each of them.

Hi Patrike,

i want to ask you again about the AM-Firmware: is the Firmware for the S17e and T17e still in Development? and are there Plans for the S19 and S19Pro?!

BR Ralf
Hi Ralf,

I was hoping to have a better answer for you, but the S17e/T17e firmware has been delayed. I've been talking to our firmware partner on this and the S17e/T17e firmware is still in development and will be the next supported firmware.

@Patrike Looks like i am found a problem with Cortex data displaying. AM use for Cortex algo name "Cortex", but must be "CuckooCycleCortex"
WhatToMine API call "https://whattomine.com/coins/329.json" send responce:
Code:
{"id":329,"name":"Cortex","tag":"CTXC","algorithm":"CuckooCycleCortex","block_time":"13.4344","block_reward":7.0,"block_reward24":7.0,"block_reward3":7.0,"block_reward7":7.0,"last_block":2573695,"difficulty":119112.0,"difficulty24":119049.223744292,"difficulty3":120360.139721957,"difficulty7":119042.176914675,"nethash":8866,"exchange_rate":7.93e-06,"exchange_rate24":7.90119148936163e-06,"exchange_rate3":8.06197634575145e-06,"exchange_rate7":8.08499978309983e-06,"exchange_rate_vol":5.80696497,"exchange_rate_curr":"BTC","market_cap":"$22,625,404","pool_fee":"1.675859","estimated_rewards":"15.082730","btc_revenue":"0.00011961","revenue":"$1.37","cost":"$0.86","profit":"$0.50","status":"Active","lagging":false,"testing":false,"listed":false,"timestamp":1602595861}
I have overriden default "Cortex" coin data with this responce and now displaying of Cortex prce is stable. Hope you fix this in next releases. Regards
Awesome Miner should already do this mapping automatically since a few months ago. The WhatToMine algorithm name "CuckooCycleCortex" is mapped to "Cortex" in Awesome Miner.

Without any manual mapping, isn't CTXC listed as Cortex in the Coins tab?
its listed in coins tab and was always present in coins tab, but before i have overriden the Cortex data was unstable. Before override, price information was displayed only shortly and after undefined periods. Mostly price/network/diff was empty and that was a big problem for profit switching process. Now is stable and i can add Cortex to profit switching list together with other coins. I wrote before about this strange behavior.

Is this your project? The reason I'm asking is that the Github user account and project was created yesterday and there is no source code and just executables. Also, you have not posted anything on Bitcointalk for almost 3 years and the first post after all this time is linking to executables. I don't want to be rude here - I just want everyone to think twice before downloading some random executables.

I see where my antminer X3 is supported but none of the coins are listed and the unspecified cryptonight options do not produce any results.

Is there a way to add coins or something else I need to do?
Awesome Miner can monitor any Antminer, including Antminer X3, no matter which pool you are mining on and no matter which coin you are mining.

There are not many CryptoNight coins available these days, but you should be able to see a few if you go to the Coins tab in Awesome Miner and sort by algorithm. Please note that the coins in Awesome Miner only relates to the display of Revenue and Profit for the mining. You can mine any CryptoNight-based coin on any pool on your Antminer.

Which pool/coin are you mining on right now?

Got them pointed at Mining-Dutch on the multiport. This is mainly being used to heat the rooms, but was hoping to track wattage or revenue/profit and the like.
If you are mining on Mining Dutch Cryptonight pool, please right click on the miner in Awesome Miner and select "Define coin for pool". Select "Unspecified CryptoNight". Do you see the revenue/profit information after informing Awesome Miner about the coin you are mining?

any news about a special Linux OS for AM?
Unfortunately no news on this yet. This feature will not be available in the near future but the goal is to provide it at some point later on.

my AM is like frozen - none of the stats are changing - and it reports that all miner are not getting shares - but shows them as online.

per the pools miners are working.

I have not seen a reply but what i see is like it is frozen on the main page - take for example my one gpu - it is mining and is using AM to mine but AM says it is offline.

my ASICS stats will not change unless I completely close AM and then upon reopening the stats are updated to that moment but will not change again unless I shut down/restart AM.

This has happened since the last update.
1) Can you please send me your Awesome Miner log file (toolbar: Tools -> Log File) and indicate the time of the issue?
2) When this happens for an ASIC miner, please also send me the API report for this miner (toolbar: Tools -> Log File).

Thanks!

I removed all the miners and re-added them - it appears to be working now. the issue had been since the last update until today.
Thanks for the update. If you don't mind, please send me the log file and I can see if there were any specific issues.

if I did an uninstall of the AM and the miners would it still be in the log file? if so, pm the email and I will send tomorrow after work.
