Today I read up again on the white Paper - so all parties can earn tokens, even those seeking a job
Hopefully the platform will run better than Linkedin.
By having to confirm skills rather than just friends confirming for you (hello linkedin), this should make the platform more honest and open. Be interesting to see if they can manage this.

Im more a Data Network consultant, specialising in Wireless Technologys like Wi-Fi, LTE, Narrowband, 4G etc etc
I believe Aworker will become a project to change the labour market, and more and more companies do not know much about job seekers' information. Sometimes hiding information is difficult for recruitment.
So let me get this straight....AWorker will allow you to earn when either looking for a job, or employing someone?

Question: in how far is Aworker considering partnership, packages with Codeacademy, Coursera, Udacity? New HR platform = new skills = new learning.
We consider partnerships with Codeacademy, Coursera (already sent a suggestion), Udacity by providing special packages for Aworker members. It allows regular users to improve their skills in respect to finding better jobs.

It’s not really helping the average joe. It’s helping people with lots of experience to find a better job but doesn’t sound like it’s helping people get their foot in the door.
It’s helping people build up its own career even from the junior level. The more impact you make on your profile, the more information you confirm, the more projects you finish, the more chances to find a better place even by looking for internships.
How a interesting idea. I hope your project will help more and more people in the future.

like any job seeker should, people need to raise their games and sell themselves. no job seeking avenue will help people who do not sell themselves and raise their profiles.

Can people achieve the status of Aworker just by attending events and networking but without being offered a job haha..?
I am hoping that Aworker wont be long before they get to roll out in Australia.
How can i find a job through your platform to do this, should post my resume on your platform, or do you announce on your platform free job openings so that users can choose their work, explain how your system works?
Aworker is the platform that helps to find the most suitable company and job position based on your psycho-type, professional skills, and work achievements. Basically you can be a a) Job seeker, b) Aworker (a person with performance and referral rate), c) Company.
As a job seeker you are asked to provide as much information, as you could, this allows you to start proving your profile and also benefit from creating your transparent ID. This is not actually a CV.
Then you can find a job post that is checked by the system and structured with exact and necessary figures, such as required skills, rating and so on.
You can also make a referral for the opening you like and for some reason have a match for it. You will be rewarded with WORK tokens so far during the referral stages.
