The road of excess leads to the palace of wisdom

I bought the 300 mh/s and have had good success with it. Wondering if I should turn it off every so often though, and give it a "rest" tho ??

No. Electronics are made to run. As long as you keep them within the preferred tolerances (usually remperature) they are fine running all the time. In fact - I believe that people who have devices that they shut down after using them or power cycle them multiple times a day have more potential for problems. I leave all my PCs running all the time. Laptops "sleep" when you close the lid obviously but all my GPU mining rigs and ASICs run 24/7 if I can help it.

There's not enough information in the cropped, low resolution image or 7-second video to come to any conclusions.
Giants can be chained together like the Minis.  A single controller can drive several units.  Only benefit is you save 5 watts per Orange Pi.

Well, with such a profitable miner that is capable of switching algos and making a large amount of money per day, they have no reason to sell it overseas with added electrical cost when they can sell the miner to those in China. It's sad but true, they might even be mining with it themselves.
This is what I said about the giveaway price of the big iBelink, why sell it if in two weeks or less it has paid for the cost price of the components, they dont need to sell it at that price and could have easily asked 2x or 3x and still would be attractive, or more believable.

Have you heard about the baikal sold asic 2000mh / s?

Many people already own it.Baikal does not update their new product on the website.

There seems to be a discrimination against international buyers and Chinese customers.
I really want to have their products, I have been in contact with them for a very long time through email and skype, but I always get the answer is "out of stocks".So while they sell new products to others.I feel very sad and disappointed about Baikal.
They do not respect foreign customers.

Chinese resellers are charging $9600 for 1 unit baikal 2000 mhs bitcoin only. its not worth it. They have been ignoring customers because they are gauging prices on ebay and alibaba and also using miners for themselves.

I haven't heard of it until now. Where did you hear about this?

Not that it offers us any help, but I emailed Baikal last night (and for some reason im lucky enough that they always reply to me) but they have said the usual - all miners are out of stock... for now... and unsure when new batch in stock -

I hope the ibelinks are delayed a tiny bit so that my cubes dont get crushed just yet! haha

going to unload most of my stash on ibelinks just to fuck Baikal over. The fuckers dumped ton of hash when second batch ibelink buyers were trying to break even. Now it's going to be Baikal's turn to bend over.

AFIK. The new cube is just 2x 150Mhz. Chip. Nothing new just a old product in new package.
If BAIKAL will not come out with new product with lower price point than. They will suffer in both International and Chinese market. We should remember that ibelink 11Ghz miner is also coming out of China and Chinese miner must be aware of it also.

if you conect from international to baikalminer you can see a QQ ID,if you conect from china You will see a different QQ address.
If you speak English with that QQ account, or your QQ is not Chinese they will not respond.
If you do not believe you can try with proxy sock5 server in china!!!

That's pretty damn ridiculous, I bet they even offer lower prices to Chinese buyers for all we know. I always knew Baikal was doing some scummy shit but this is just out of hand... If they're going to do this, they may as well only let the Chinese buy and block the page to foreigners.

What are the default addresses configured when baikals are shipped? Check them out to see if they are receiving coins

I vaguely remember seeing a "cube-derived" miner on the Baikal website somewhere, but thought it was 1800 Mh/s not 2000.
