Any other offense aside from ban evasion in barlo357? I’m appealing for uid:1035888’s offense and that will be my only focus starting now. Once the offense of my banned account was lifted, there would be no reason to throw allegations about ban evasion here.

Your analogy isnt targeted on the banned account but on this account which will be voided once the ban issue on my 1035888 is fixed. I will also refrain posting on other threads until the ban was lifted to prevent the situation becoming worse.

The perma ban isnt a solution for all offense. Every offense should has different punishment. It has been 4 years since the ban of my 1035888 account and i think a ban for a certain number of days should be a fair punishment for the offense that my 1035888 account made.

I have read the whole post and the replies, but I'm shocked that why have you posted a ban appeal from your uncle's account? You could do it from any new account and if your point was right then you might be given a second chance by the moderators. But, the thing you have done was not a intelligent step and because of that you risked your uncle's account as well.

Even though the account that you are using is legit but still if someone, who is banned from the forum, is using such account to create an appeal thread or join signature campaigns is a sign of ban evading. Because you doesn't seem to be a wrong person and you words aren't in any way of a scammer, that's why I'm not going against you. I will keep silent in the situation and let the moderators decide for you.

It would be better if you had created a new account and posted ban appeal from that account. In that way you won't be doing any form of ban evasion. It's always preferable to appeal for your banned account from a newly created account, and if your appeal is good enough then the moderators might give you another chance.

However, in search of being unbanned you broke another rule by using the forum from another account, or I may say from many alternative accounts. In such case only a moderator or administrator knows that either you will get unbanned or you might lose you current account if you continue using it because it will be considered as ban evasion.

There’s an exception to this rule on the bottom part of the list that mprep created.


It’s allowed to create an account or use an alt account as long as you will only post on meta board. This exception is to give way for ban user to create an appeal by providing explanation and reason for their side.

Someone points me i used btcedgar and btsjungkook even i didnt open it once on any of my device. He just made a conclusion just because my btc wallet was in btcedgar and btsjungkook’s authentication post.

The other accounts wasnt really mine but it shouldnt be count as an alt account just because i have access to it. People can share authentication to someone they trust and it wasnt said on the rules that it was prohibited.

I didnt use solarex_ico’s account and never had an access to it but i worked for him.

The merits are given to barlo_blake for no reason and it was a good excuse to not give theyoungmillionaire a merit back then.

Maybe I don't understand something, but why create a topic in the meta and talk about a blocked account when you don't have any matches with it? Nobody would pay attention to you. Are you so paranoid that you think you will be followed? Or do you need a newbie account and are ready to part ways with a higher-ranking account?

Just to chime in on (my understanding of) ban evasion:

If you get banned, it's you (as a person) that gets banned, not (only) your account.

So, it doesn't matter if your account is a hand-me-down of your uncle, or if you found the credentials on a piece of paper laying on the street somewhere. If an account under your control gets banned, you (as a person) are no longer allowed to post using any other accounts for the duration of the ban. The only exception is making a new account (or using an existing account) to create a ban appeal in the meta section for discussing your ban. Everything else is considered ban evasion (which is a bannable offence).

It doesn't really matter why you got banned in the first place... If you don't agree with your ban, the correct order of doing things is: using a new or existing account to create one topic in meta to appeal your ban and ONLY post in this topic whilst your ban is still active. If your ban gets reversed (and only if) you can start posting again outside meta. I got banned once for participating in a raffle in the wrong subforum, and that's exactly what i did: i stopped posting and asked for lenience from the admin since it was my first offence after years of being a member... My sentence got reduced, and i only started posting once my bantime was over.

I know it looks like people don't make a big deal out of ban evasion most of the time... I don't really mind... But to my understanding (after being here close to a decade) those are the "official" unofficial rules.

The loan thing was properly resolved even I didnt get a loan. I was almost became a victim of a scam website if it wasnt for those people that I talked on that thread. That thread was a good example to what other kind of scams out there during that time.

If you disagree on the appeal, then try to find a reason why I got banned other than breaking rule 13. Clue: not on because of the loan. The bumping of a thread is the only reason I can see why the account was banned. Like I said before, it was my first time moderating a thread and merging the updates on a single post was not in my mind that time because in my perspective back then, the updates are time sensitive, so I lost my sense to follow the rule regarding bumping threads.

Why finding a contribution? Does being not a nuisance in the community not enough?

I already leave a neutral feedback because your account is evading ban and was changed hands, I hope the moderators will taking an action ASAP.

Well the ban happen since 2019 and I don't really know what was the reason, but getting permanent banned due to bumping post is high unlikely IMO, the moderators usually merge the post and then leave it.

You should explain what have you contributed in this forum, but I don't see any contribution you've done, you're only run a campaign, become a moderator and ask a loan.

You got it wrong, if this is proven to be an alternative account to a banned account, your signature will disappear and thus you will be removed from your signature campaign, not to mention the possibility that the previous account will be unbanned, which seems slim.

Okay, I will wait my main account's ban to be uplifted before posting continuing my signature campaign.


I didn't receive any notice about it. I just saw on my homepage that my account was perma banned and the only reason after I read the rules is the rule about bumping threads in which I knew that the only thread I was bumping is the announcement thread that I'm working on.

I was hoping that my appeal thru email would make a difference. I do some follow ups when there is no reply within 24-48 hours until I lose hope. I was still a silent reader even though I was banned, searching some good altcoins to trade which made me money last bull run.

I think this is the first case I have come across where a user was banned for bumping a thread. At first I thought maybe something else occured that Op was unaware of that led to his account being banned I searched ninjastic.space to see if any of his post was reported for plagarism but I couldn't see any.


According to what I've seen in several ban appeal threads, there must be a user who wants Op's account to be banned as well, and because this is an anomaly (to me), I'd love to see his banned account unbanned, I also give Op my support, and I hope this topic yields the desired result.

You sound innocent and the mistake seems innocent mistake. I am with you and just hope that others don't make it a big issue. There are people who might protest since one of your alt is ban, so this account should be banned too and you are evading ban when you are making posts on other boards accept appealing for your ban on the Meta board.

I thought the rules on announcement threads are different back then. I was my first time handling an announcement thread too. I was unaware that I'm following the rules until I posted too much in a row. In my perspective, the updates should be on time and it shouldn't be late. I tried to appeal via email, but it was ignored.

You are again breaking a rule (unofficial rule). You are not allowed to make more than one post in a row. It takes time to build a full member and on the way to achieve a full member rank one must know at least some of the rules. I wonder why are you still ignorant.

No sure what to tell. Normally when one person manage more than one account then the account they first created except that account, all other accounts should be his alt account. Since you managed that account, that was your alt too. However, I hope no one will make it a big deal from it.
