Decentralization. Everyone is talking about it. Can cryptocurrency lead to the disappearance of banks. Or will banks be able to adjust and remain in power?
No, we can see that now the bank continues to adjust the development of the era, which means crypto will not cause the bank to disappear. Decentralization is only those who are active in transactions, so they are constantly looking for ways to speed up transactions and crypto is what they need, but for ordinary people banking is what they believe to be used with all innovations and adjustments that the bank continues to develop.

if the bank is against crypto, the problem is that the bank has not liked the existence of bitcoin and other crypto

Yes thats why they against with it  . though not all banks are against crypto  , i see that most banks today are now supporting crypto because that what makes them more attractable to the people especially to the crypto users  .

but for the government it is willing to accept it well, but the bank is still banning crypto.

Government and banks are not related . so what if governments accept crypto ?  , banks will still have thier own right if they will accept crypto or not  .  here on our country the government is heart warmingly support crypto but not all banks support crypto . though i guess this can be corrected in the future if many banks would see the potential of crypto .

As long as fiat currency exists, banks will also exist. That means, it will exist for a very long time. I do believe that crypto currency and fiat will be used side by side instead of fiat being replaced. To be honest, we need something more better to replace this fiat system. The banking system (at least for now) is very important and people are depended on it. So all I can say is the the banks will be able to adjust with the system and remain in power.

It will stay.

As we could see now they are also trying to adopt but just in a different way which is centralized tokens created by them to enhance the banking ease of their clients and also for speed.
Yes, they are also using the same method which is the blockchain but just for their own purpose which is the vice versa of bitcoin and other decentralized crypto currencies.
But even in 10 years we will still see those banks.

Banks have full power in a country because they play a role in managing a country's finances. Indeed, the bank with crypto is very opposite and difficult to unite because in my opinion both of them are from different generations. Crypto will not make the bank disappear because the bank will always get support from the government. I am sure the bank will remain in power by adjusting the developments in crypto. The proof is that at this time banks are also participating in developing digital payments.

Seriously, I really don't understand why people thinks that crypto will replace banks in the long run. And as much as we wanted to see banks disappear, it won't simply happen and I don't think it will. What crypto did was just offered a alternative for everyone, specially those unbank people or those who don't understand the concept of banks or doesn't really trust bank after all. So this whole debate or argument, bank vs crypto doesn't make any sense. there are pros/cons and everyone has the right to choose what system or service they wanted to stay.

Decentralization. Everyone is talking about it. Can cryptocurrency lead to the disappearance of banks. Or will banks be able to adjust and remain in power?
banks oppose crypto currencies if the government does not formalize or recognize if the crypto currency is a valid currency the bank will oppose it but maybe also the bank will adopt an economic system that is used by crypto currencies
The banks were the first opposer  of crypto currency an example is what happened in Bangladesh and India  do you know how many time their government want allow the uses of crypto while the bank are against it. If the banks crypto currency as something good the government will dive in.
it's true that the problem is that many banks in the world that prohibit the existence of crypto currency are made as a means of payment, so the bank is against crypto until now

It is in our nature that we want someone to ask some pressure on us because otherwise chaos will be everywhere. I think that decentralization will be one part of the economy that will be used from a portion of people and banks will be used from those who want to. It is possible for both systems to co-exist and I think that it is the most effective way to have them both.

Maybe Bank afraid cryptocurrency because of they are thinking, Cryptocurrency could be alternative of Banks. But I think Banks and cryptocurrency could work together for the economy. Banks also can use blockchain to improve their system. If they do the work together then economic growth could be faster than now.
Banks are definitely afraid of crypto currency because they it affect their profit level and it will expose their flaw but with that aside there's no genuine reason why the banks should see crypto currency as obstacles or barrier because every part of the block chain system is full accountancy system which will ease and improve the productivity of banking system.

I believed this is why IMF Boss advice Central Bank to issue their own national crypto currency.

I feel like that you're missing the point here. It's not really as black and white as bitcoin vs banks. Banks are going to exist in the future regardless of whether bitcoin reaches mainstream adoption, and as a result, I don't think that the two are necessarily always in direct competition.

Yes, there will be instances where the interests of banks will be conflicting with the decentralisation and convenience that bitcoin offers, but it's extremely hard to see bitcoin "replacing" the traditional banking system soon.

Even if bitcoin does become the dominant global currency, it is imminent that there will still be demand for credit and savings that have to be conducted off chain. The third parties that conduct this will be banks, and I think that the likely scenario in that case would be that they would adopt their business models to simply accomodate for bitcoin as a unit of account, as opposed to fiat.

Banks can never be removed, cause they are being controlled by the government. If any country decides to starts making use of cryptocurrency, it will be issued out by their central banks. How it will start is that people will be asking to pay in the money they have into banks which will then be converted to cryptocurrency. That’s how I think it will work, but I’m not in support of that happening. I just prefer things as it is.

Generally speaking, Banks don't find Cryptos as investment. That's why they're against it, however, There's a much deeper reason to why they dislike it. Maybe Conflict of interest is a factor, who knows. Or maybe, They are not really against the cryptos itself but on the system. If crpytos are under centralized system then Banks won't have any issues with it.
How and where exactly did you guys get to learn that banks are afraid of Bitcoin? Lol this is funny. I don’t think that banks are afraid of it. And by the way, JP Morgan has its own cryptocurrency and I’m very sure that’s for their own benefit, it’s now a business and every big institutions wants to create cryptocurrency of their own and attract more investors with it. All they are doing is business.

still banks are not being against to the Bitcoin development but the acceptance is still be a trouble for them due to some economical changes because the government will not had the complete support for the Bitcoin development when the government legalizing it it will be the possibility for banks also accepting it.
That's not true, the banks were the governing bodies of a country. Everything associated with the financial system happens through the banking industry as they are the primary financial institution. So when there is something progressive against banks governments stay in front to oppose it as an indirect face of banks. In this way very few governments have understood better about the need of cryptocurrency and have begun adopting it while majority are still on the sides of banks.

It is just too early to say that banks would have gone just because of the decentralization. I think the best possible scenario here is that banks might adjust to this unstoppable new technology that keeps rising from the bottom yet a lot of people and governments hate it because they can't do anything to put a stop to it. And all they can do is to make a new regulation that would let the people follow since this is the only thing they can do.

If banks accept the cryptocurrency there will be no problem here a lots of problem will solved very easily why some support are came for cryptocurrency field so I think it will be possible to accept cryptocurrency from the banks very easily but there government will not support this that's why the banks are also against to support Crypto.
