Just write to Crytomixer support, on the website upper right corner "Contacts". They usually answer within a couple of hours.

I trust their service again now, I used it on Tuesday (15.08.) and on Wednesday (17.08.) without any problems. After 1 confirmation on the incoming address my coins got send to the outgoing address.

We do have an API, but we do not provide it either nor intend to provide it in future for security reasons.

You see, when we process the transaction we communicate with our users directly through security protocols. Only in that case we can guarantee that the user sensitive data will be safe. But if we provide API, the data would be passed to our servers through 3rd parties and could be tracked. That is why we don't provide our API to other services.

Thank you for sharing your concerns about delays. By design, delays are calculated from transaction creation time. Output transactions are submitted with delays that is set up by user, but not earlier than incoming transaction gets enough confirmations. Usually transaction gets confirmations quickly and this time lag doesn't affect the delay logic. But if incoming transaction gets confirmations longer than outgoing transactions are delayed, they can be submitted at the same time. We think it is reasonable to calculate delays from the moment when incoming transaction gets enough confirmations. This would be implemented in upcoming releases.
