This coinmixer service is alright but can be improved by making the tor address work without javascript or even better, not using js at all.

We do not encourage to use our service trough the API as we can't guarantee security to users who will pass their data to 3rd party servers we do not control. There is no reason to risk that way if one can use our service directly.

Sent BTC to the mixing address (double digit confirmations at the time of writing this). Didn't receive any coins to the specified addresses. Used the chat widget and waited over 2 hours for a response, which didn't come.

Be careful, there is a plenty of websites that steal our design and promote themselves on google. The ][banned mixer] and cryptomixns23scr.onion domains are registered back in 2016 and have never changed! Bookmark this websites and do not let scammers fool yourself. If you don't bookmark the website always check the domain registration date via whois services. All scammers use freshly registered domains.
Since 2016 we have zero lost transactions!

In case they don't answer you, you should create a thread in the Scam Accusation board with all your evidence - especially, your Letter of Guarantee, which proves that you send the coins to their address and didn't receive anything.
