I guess you used a translator in writing this. However, your point is fairly understood. There are useful links provided already for you and I want to believe you will click and read them all up. Besides, one of the most important tool in improving this forum has been the serious frown on plagiarism as many people in the crypto world outside this forum rely heavily on this forum to update themselves on Bitcoin et al.

Personally, I think the forum looks fine- an old-school designed forum with old-school features. Though I also want some improvements on its user-interface (i.e. easier methods to apply pictures and/or GIFS; simpler codes or shortcuts, etc.) I think making this kind of feature will not hurt in any way.

This is indeed, the biggest cryptocurrency forum around the world, so you are definitely right that this forum is lagging behind implementing some new features and improvements. Let's take reddit for example- over the years there had been vast improvements in terms of its UI. But one thing that I consider essential is having an online application in the phone.

Even though your message do not seem straight forward, I think I understand what you are arriving at.
First, you said we are lagging behind in the forum, can you point out the issues that are dragging us behind so that we can know how to tackle them.
Meanwhile, I don't think any problem of such is existing, this is because here is a forum of bitcoiners and it is not the bitcoin itself and neither is it the only place developers assemble.

The first thing you can do is to help yourself first, how? Do you take your time to read about the forum, check some high ranks members profile and see how much post they make per day, check respective comments/reply made on each new posted topics, then you would have seen how versatile and active the so called high rank members do in navigating through different boards with contributions, so i think this is already in place.

I will recommend you read through @Ratimov beginner and help encyclopedia with this, you could get more information in areas of your relevant interest, i have done so and still keep learning from it, check members reply at the comment section, there you get different opinions from various users, live experiences, taughts, and motivations which could be a good form of advise for you.

Was that supposed to be a question? I feel there are many users here, or maybe like me, who just use a forum like this to solve their problems. But there are also a number of Legendary and Hero members who take care of the forum and work hard to improve it, and to help those who cannot find the information they need. And I feel that it would be good if those who contribute the most can be rewarded somehow.

I think only few stop needs improvement here. Whats wrong here is the fact that some thought that they can gain money just by lingering around. Well actually there are some incentivized activity here but that is depend on the users status. You see newbie thinkings are sometime irrational, and we must help them understand that forum is a sacred place for discussion and those with money related are just bonuses if they got on the right track here.

Besides better support for mobile, I think Bitcointalk is good as it is.

If you personally prefer a different platform structure, then feel free to try out other platforms such as Reddit and Twitter. In the end, every single community platform has it's pros and cons.
