I'm not betting anything on who will become the NBA champion but as always I will always vote for Warriors since this team is always doing good even before. Also their current rooster is doing good now and looks like we are seeing a usual complete Warrior line up which won a championship before.

Hope they win this season since this could hype up the dub nation.

What I am afraid of placing bet early is that when one or more star player gets injured, that would ruin their game and their chance of getting in the finals and win it that's why it is really a gamble to place bet earlier but if you really support and like the team then that wouldn't be a problem.

The Warriors are playing like the Warriors of old.  They got another strong win tonight and it seemed like Steph's minutes were being limited a bit.  Now that they're up 3-0 over the Nuggets, it seems like they should be cruising to some much needed rest for Steph's ankle before the next round.  I'm not sure if they'll win it all, but with Devon Booker out now with his hamstring injury, the path through the West to the Finals is looking like it could be a little easier.  With the Nets losing again, I think there's a pretty good shot we'll be seeing the Bucks and Warriors in the Finals, which I think everyone wants to see if those two teams can stay healthy.

I think they are good if not an improved line up of the past championship Warriors. They have Jordan Poole and then Andrew Wiggins. JTA, GP, Otto Porter, Lee and Bjelica.

Not sure about the Bucks in the East though, Middleton is out for the reminder of the playoffs because of injury. It could be the Heat. Anyhow, yeah, I like the chances of the Warriors this playoff run, they just have to remain healthy and no injuries to their superstars.

Good for you taking that outright bet on Warriors being the champion this year.

Just look at it: Curry, Thompson, Poole, Green and Wiggins = That is solid enough and I don't think that any team can match with that kind of line up.

And then they have role players and veterans that really knows the strategy and regardless of who you put in the floor, those combination will still perform at high levels, screens, back cuts, hitting 3's. They are a complete team right now and as long as they are healthy, chances are very high for them.

They are actually also my bet to win this season but I am not yet sure about that, that's why I didn't place bet on them yet but now I am regretting why I didn't bet them back then I see the performance of Jordan Poole I really think they could be in the finals this year.

Good odds. I might place a hundred dollars on the Warriors just and forget about it in the next few months. They seem to have been strengthened and reinvigorated with most of their star players on the floor and with the addition of Jordan Poole. They don't have any problem in the scoring department, but it's typical Warriors, they lack something on the side of defense. If they can work something out and carry it until the end of this season, they have a huge chance of winning and taking the championship in a convincing fashion.

Its also what they are saying, there is no other team that can get to be champ but Warriors and its all because of these 3 star players. Jordan Poole is is the new rising star of the team. Thompson I think is also a valuable member of the team, if there is the need to speed the score up. Warriors buried the score of Nuggets way down the last time and I think they might do it again as currently in the Q3 of the game.

The Warriors have become more resilient and determined throughout the season. And with all this highs and lows of the regular season, i think Warriors have been on top of everything. Kudos to all the star players Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, Klay Thompson and this new rising star Jordan Poole who give their best shots to make the games more exciting and full of actions. Let's see if they can make it until the last series of this playoffs, the next games are something we don't have to miss.

I think this thread is fine as it'll get buried immediately when it's posted on the NBA betting thread. A few days ago I tried to bring up the series odds about the playoffs and no one responded as it barely had any visibility.

Nice catch, if there's a cash-out available I'm sure you'll get a profit on that bet, but please no, stand with your bet as the Warriors now have the biggest chance of winning the championship, especially Booker will not return in the 1st round.
From what I know Sportsbet lacks cashout on the outright markets so he'll most likely ride that bet out. I also agree with what you've said Warriors have a solid shot at going all the way and it's scary how one injury is all it takes to turn the tides for one team but we'll see.

I think it's not appropriate to have a separate thread for this where in fact, that subject is a general discussion, not a main event or something related to that. Why not open this topic on the NBA thread instead? If this will continue, others can even create a thread for each team to discuss as not all are Golden State Warriors fanatics and bandwagons.

It's the same as this thread: ( NBA ) Nets vs Celtics Game 2 - let's discuss where it can supposed to be discuss instead on NBA Betting thread.

Not saying it's not right but we can have also a meaningful discussion if we take the topic on the main NBA thread. Let's head there, mate. Smiley

The Bucks also lose to the Bulls, they were next to the Warriors as the favorite, maybe odds will change later.

The Current odds is only 4.40, I'm happy to take almost x2 of the current odds.

So this thread is all about the Golden State Warriors' campaign for the championship this season. I have a strong feeling that they will win again with Curry, Thompson, Green, and a new star Jordan Poole.

Share your thoughts about their chances and let's make meaningful discussions here.
