Are you guys using this thread for posts now or the BTCTalk BBQcoin.org offical one? We set that one up so we could support the BQC community in one place and not two threads.

Is there any chance that this could be done? Just to help out the Dev team?

I just managed, to setup my first BBQCoin-P2Pool. (Hard Work)

It seems like everything is working fine, but I would really appreciate if someone could throw a few KHashs onto that pool, to test if it is working well.

Just point your miners to 93.186.200.124:8900 with your BBQCoin Address as your Username.

There is still an issue with the Pool stats. The Page is available at bbq.crypto-coins.de, but it isn't showing any stats. It would be great, if there is somebody who can help me to fix this!!!

Thank you very much!
yes win p2pool, good idea!

Great idea, and has been going for weeks at altcoin.pw quite reliable p2pool for bbq
too high stalerate, win +0.1 getwork Smiley (not even mentioning the lag of p2pool -> miner)

I use official windows client - it work and sync with network just fine
But if i add server=1 in conf i got this error immediately (at wallet startup).
I try few other rpcport and try turn off firewall for short test - same error(just # of port changes).
Hmmm, don't know.  The only thing I can suggest is to try a lower rpcport.  Something like rpcport=5001
Try it - same error.
More interesting - i try solo mine other coin on this computer (YAC for example) with exactly same .conf - and it open RPC port and allow miners to connect without any problem. So seems no any problem on my comp it something broken in wallet code (may be not count for older windows versions and forget to link some of libs...)

Something else, maybe even just another copy of BBQcoin, must be listening on that port I think.

Your setup looks right to me.

However if it doesn't work come visit my pool at  bbq.caish5.com

We're roasting BBQCoins 24/7!

Want the price to go up so badly...

It's pretty easy to trade on these markets.  I had made a nice profit, but then the price went down  Cry

Yeah my investment in BBQ coins is pretty sick too.
I figure I'll just mine then and wait.
Price is sure to rebound sooner or later, if only for a pump and dump!
Or I may just lose them here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-gme-giveaway-1000-gme-to-the-next-ten-users-httpalt-coin-205747 when he adds BBQ tomorrow!

Man...the price on bter has totally gone to shit, I think I've actually managed to lose money for once since I purchased a bunch as it was going down.  What's with everyone dumping tons of bbqcoins at super low prices?!
I thinks it just sells by ppls who mine TONS of BBQ when diff was ~1000 times lover (for a long period, not just 1 day or few hours as on last altcoins starts). And it still very profitable for them. But amounts of cheap BBQ is finite...
