Any advise on how to resolve following error when using gpu to mine with.

[GPU1] share doesn't validate on CPU, hash=8d04abf7, target=000018da
[GPU1] share doesn't validate on CPU, hash=fb933a2c, target=000018da

minerd -a wildkeccak_ocl -o stratum+tcp://bbr.suprnova.cc:7777 -u iLikecoin.med -p x -l scratchpad.bin -k http://bbr.suprnova.cc/scratchpad.bin

Any advise on how to fix this please. Using miner cpuminer-multi-opencl

CPU miner works fine when suing the comnds and taking out ocl however using gpu gives the error above hoping someone can resolve this problem for me.

I get the same error

Resolved my problem after back tracking in this thread. Found was drivers for gpu.
use catalyst 15.12 or lower

Uninstall all your gpu drivers and install http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/latest-catalyst-windows-beta.aspx

Now running smooth cant say the same for the pool am assuming its under ddos.

Glad you got it working, nope, no DDoS on suprnova, running fine.

PoolTo.BE BBR pool back online after 1 week of heavy DDOS  Undecided Huh

http://bbr.poolto.be/

scratchpad url : http://bbr.poolto.be/dl/scratchpad.bin

how to mine: http://bbr.poolto.be/#getting_started

example:

minerd -a wildkeccak_ocl -o stratum+tcp://bbr.poolto.be:21007 -u YOUR_WALLET_ADDRESS -p X -l scratchpad.bin -k http://bbr.poolto.be/dl/scratchpad.bin

thanks for your support!  Cheesy

Yup support is one the best going and working with in him IRC and hes doing a fantastic job. got him update the scrap bin details as where missing from config so miners should not have problems working on pool.

If you notice it go down leave it running theirs small down time here and their but that is the anti Ddos working its magic. Better than some pools been on and a lot of them currently still down as where poolto.be is dominating.

I'm on drugs, what's your excuse?
How about we rename Boolberry to Boolcoin?

Bool reprents the 0 or 1. It is more or less like Bit.

If you say one Bit, it would be a 0 or an 1.

If you say one Bool, it would be a 0 or an 1 as well.

Does it make sense?

Are you fucking serious?  Grin

We have gone through this name-change trauma twice already, it was hugely contentious and ultimately pointless. It was BBR's "Brexit" moment - "Boolberry" won on both occasions, it's settled.

The name is fine, leave it alone. Life's too short.

Yes, I am fucking serious!!!

May i suggest you take a long walk off a short peer........or maybe you could code and develop your own coin and have the privilege of naming it

Cheers Jon  Grin

A project name change would be cool if the branding was done properly, but the hurdles within the community seem too much to deal with. IMO, it could signify a fresh reboot for the project moving forward. If a skilled GFX designer came up with a nice logo to jump start the initiative then maybe it would win over some of the people on the other side of the isle. Although either way I'm also OK with the project name remaining to avoid negative energy being brought into the community. That said, there's no reason to bring spam and crude language in here. Save that for failcoin threads.

You made me laugh.  thanks!

The fact the topic never dies is proof enough the name sucks.... or maybe it is proof enough the name is awesome..... nah it sucks

The fact that the name is still being debated proves that the name elicits different feelings from different people  That in itself is good.  Anytime people are engaged in a positive conversation regarding a product it's good for that product.  If the name Boolberry is a catalyst for conversation regarding Boolberry then the name itself brings awareness to the project.

Excellent point shojayxt.  If I may summarize, the alternately provocative and evocative Boolberry appellation is a work of art.

Additionally, the memorable nomenclature is antifragile, having been ruthlessly attacked and experiencing one or two near-death experiences only to emerge stronger than before.

I propose we call "Dingleberries" the folks who insist on futilely pounding sand to effect a name change, in recognition of their Not-this-shit-again.jpg producing proclivities.   Tongue

Please use my pool code. Modules are updated to use newer versions of node.
https://github.com/clintar/cryptonote-universal-pool.git

Thanks, it's working now Grin There was only a small complaint about missing bignum.node upon startup, but that was an easy thing to fix with "npm install bignum".

Hello,
i had same problem at first it needed async, then bignum, I sort this out, but now I'm not able to install
multihashing at all. I tried nodejs v0.1, 4, 6, 7, different versions of npm, but any of those won't work.
Can you help me with that?
cheers

nodejs 7 already out? man people weren't exaggerating about the 6 months life cycle of javascript frameworks
I found some pre-release somewhere

it probably failed with some message about a library missing. probably have to install boost libs. i think the package was libboost1.55-all-dev

Its like the word "berry" somehow cuts at the very nature of bitcointalk users. Some weird universal relationship.
It's a childish name for a high tech product, just like "google" or "twitter".
It has a weird technical term "bool", just like "bit" in Bitcoin.
The "berry" part is just unbearable in a respectable, established brand, just like "burberry".

so childish names like google and twitter are ok, but childish names like berry aren't? not following logic...

If Blackberry phones and Raspberry Pi single board computers are ok, Boolberry should also be fine. MoneyHoneyPenny was much more entertaining Smiley

It's irony, I'm trying to debunk some of the common arguments for name change.

Gotcha. And I totally agree. In fact I would argue that the vast majority (all?) of people who won't invest because of the name, wouldn't have anyway.

Some names are deal killers, a credit card service recently had to change its name... they were called ISIS.

Boolberry just makes people think it is a bigger joke than Doge and replace bool with Dingle and it is a play on crassness that is not worth owning.
