But i don't doubt there was some kind of abuse, maybe multiple accounts or arbitrage betting on sports, who knows...
Hopefully the casino representative would respond to this when his attention is being called to this thread. I too am wondering the recent outbursts of complaints against the casino and if all is really good with the casino.
So far there have not been any updates from OP as to why his account was suspended, no aspect of the casino policies that was pointed out by the casino that was breached by OP for them to have taken such actions against OP.
I think casinos should set it as a standard that when ever any message of account suspension or banning is sent to an account holder, it should be sent with the reasons and possibly evidence from their end why they banned or suspended the account then the owner of such account would know it is their fault or not and if to appeal the suspension or not. Either ways, this could help ease some stress of worries and pannic.
