They should state the particular clause in the terms and conditions that you have violated because from what they have said, there is nothing to nail the Op because they too didn't mention the particular offense the Op as violated. And if they are to blocked the account they have to tell you the offense. These are some of the things making gamblers to avoid some casinos because they blocked accounts without good explanation. When you are blocking someone tell the person the offense so that the person will not be thinking what causes the blocking of the account.
