They should state the particular clause in the terms and conditions that you have violated because from what they have said, there is nothing to nail the Op because they too didn't mention the particular offense the Op as violated. And if they are to blocked the account they have to tell you the offense. These are some of the things making gamblers to avoid some casinos because they blocked accounts without good explanation. When you are blocking someone tell the person the offense so that the person will not be thinking what causes the blocking of the account.  I don't like things like this with good or concrete information and suddenly block someone account.

Sorry for your experience. This casino is  a reputable casino and well popular with a running campaign on this platform. I am curious as to what happened before this action was taken against your account. However, you could still contact their customer care service to know what really happened that warrant the sudden suspension or permanent ban on your account because "there is never a smoke without fire "
You can still attach evidence of your ownership of the account here. Possibly your last deposit or anything that could show as a proof that you are the real owner of the account being suspended so that reputable members who would assist you can have something at hand to communicate the casino.



The thing is, I don't understand what could have led to this block. I completed full verification, made deposits, made withdrawals, and played slots. Everything was fine. Suddenly, they decided to block my access. I'm really puzzled right now.
I'm also trying to find out what happened from Live support, but they keep redirecting me to email support.

Hello. I've encountered an issue on BC.GAME. My account was blocked supposedly for some violation. I don't know what to do. I wrote to them via email, and their response is shown in the screenshot below.
