I took 0 bonuses, 1k straight deposit. ( +0.2756661 ETH exactly )

@AHOYBRAUSE is absolutly right, if i lost my 1k they would've not blocked my account, to allow me deposit more after, until i do get a nice withdraw and then block me...
And as you said yes, it is really hard to wait when you have almost $70,000 on hold on a gambling site, especially BC GAME after all the acusations they receive each day, ( 18,62 ETHEREUM on hold exactly )

Hope BC gets this done asap, i keep doing investigations everyday and finding more forums, also planning on sending letters to their department and Anjouan license where they are now registered.

At several bookmakers that I use, to deposit, you first need to do KYC and then the withdrawal is easy, should be on more sites that rules.
Here and in 99%, the DEPOSIT is always made without any problems, and then, when the user wins something, of course, there is a problem, a tons of documents, information and secret terms, tha's shit.

User on 67k and they only wrote one sentence without much explanation or help?! It's not funny, it's a f... joke from their side!

Fingers crossed you get your money!

Hello, pakito111

We are sorry that we are currently a bit clogged with situations following our festive season, but we will be looking into your case and it is already in the queue. There is currently no need of added information to be provided from you, but we will keep you posted if we need further info. Thank you.

So you guys have time to reply to this thread but not send me a simple message?

OP, please check my post I made about the issues I'm having with BC.game KYC problems.

This is all starting to become a big mess. More posts daily and reports about not being paid/ scammed or KYC issues etc.

Like @Rating Place mentioned, "BC.Game lost their license in Curaçao and the UK. A court claimed them bankrupt in Curaçao."

Is this not something we should be worried about? I found the court case and honestly seems like a lot of fishy stuff going on with BC.game.

Hello pakito111 and sorry for this. I hope this will be solved for you, seing BC.Game in a new issue each day now and this starts to get really frustrated.
I'm seriously wonder how many of this cases that exists never reach the light of this forum.
I been thinking for a while that BC.GAME have some kind of strategy to try to tired out customers with all kind of made up bullshit when they want to withdrawal and let them wait and wait, why? because guarantee some of them get tired of the BS and just quit the process and give up the money.

This is not a nice behavior! How can they still have a license?
The biggest question is how someone even can think of promoting this website? It's unreal for me.

I think they are putting this behavior in some kind of system and I am pretty sure the cases we see on the forum is only the top of a very big ice berg.

I will look into this further and maybe come back with a thread about it, but something needs to be done, this cant continue.

They lost their license in Curaçao and the UK. A court claimed them bankrupt in Curaçao. They actually pulled their license in both jurisdictions a day before having it taken away.

BC.game did seem to have a point in Curaçao but the court said the players were stiffed.

@Ahoy thanks!

So sad to see that once you hit a big one of course the site makes it extra hard for you to get your money.  Instantly blocking the account after a big win is just ridiculous. And then refusing KYC and ghost the player is even worse. From a "big"site you would expect something different but as most people know I am more than fed up with the terrible support BC is providing, Because of that I even left a high VIP level behind because I just couldn't stand this nonsense anymore.

BC saying they are "Busy" and will look into it is just funny. They honestly think someone that just won 69k and gets blocked instantly can keep his composure while thinking he is getting scammed, straight up ridiculous.

@ratingplace, there are no bonuses that would prevent you from withdrawing. Only "bonus" they have is basically rakeback. You deposit amount x, get amount x in locked BCD for it and basically unlock 5$  for every 2500$ wager.

Hopefully we will see a solid explanation of what's going on soon. Finding excuses with the holiday season is a joke as well. It's the most busy season for gamblers since people are off and has a lot of time to play, saying you are understaffed or whatever is bs if you ask me.

Imagine he lost his 1k deposit, his account would NEVER have been blocked.

I have never played on BC.GAME and they obvious never tried to scam me or giving me any problem.
I got no agenda against BC.GAME or any other casino.
But I am a very exp gambler and I get so tired of casinos taking advantaged of their players when they already making millions of millions anyway.
Come on and be fair against your customers!
You will still make millions the only difference is that you will get a good reputation and a lot more customers.
It's time to make a investigation about this behavior once for all.

Yesterday, I signed up on BC to gamble and deposited $1,000. I was playing big spins ($10) on Sweet Bonanza 1000. At first, I went a bit up and then down, but then I hit a bonus that paid an incredible $69,000!

I attempted to withdraw $25,000, but the withdrawal failed, and my account withdrawal was blocked. I contacted support, and they informed me I needed to complete KYC verification. I complied and submitted all the necessary documents.

However, to my surprise, support then told me:

"Dear user, we regret to inform you that your account will no longer be eligible to pass the KYC verification."

When I asked for an explanation, they couldn’t give me a reason.

For context, I am French but reside in Malta, which is not a restricted area for BC. There’s absolutely no legitimate reason for them to deny my withdrawal—they simply don’t want to pay out my winnings.

That is very true, looks like here that BC uses KYC requirements as a way to avoid paying out big winnings,

Hope BC will jump in and sort this out, they didnt even give me a reason why i cant complete KYC anymore.
Luckly i know a lot of streamers as well, will start contacting them one by one and tell them about BC procedures.

Again, de-escalate, not escalate. I've reach my contact just after I made my post. I am yet to hear back from them [given it's just a few minutes ago], but I'll assure you that it's on my plate and I'll get to the bottom of it. If you have nothing to hide and did nothing wrong, it can get resolved without having to resort to... an escalation.

Try to create a case too on https://casino.guru/

It's sucks, went the details are not being shared yets and just straight to the punishment. Don't forget to share some winning proofs, explained your jurisdiction, rules term & condition country restricted from their T&C, how much deposit and proof transaction.

I hope casino guru can help, since for me they also a good mediator.

Uhh... why don't we have a cup of tea here, relaxed a bit, and see if we can get it deescalated instead of jumping straight to CG?

OP?

Sad to hear about your experience, mate. That was a big win, and I can imagine how excited you must have been to withdraw it, only for this to happen.
I'm curious how your KYC procedure failed, especially since, as you mentioned, your country isn’t blocked, and you submitted the required documents.

Not jumping to conclusions that BC Game is a scam, but it’s worth noting that some casinos use KYC requirements as a way to avoid paying out big winnings. If KYC compliance were required before gambling just like stake have implemented, it could prevent this kind of situation and stop KYC from being used as an excuse to withhold payouts.

BC GAME is active today, I hope they'll be able to reply here.

In connection to scam, I’ve noticed some threads being opened here, but I’m not sure if all of them ever get resolved.

BC.Game not taking Responsible Gaming or Problem Gambling seriously
BC.GAME scam casino, cheating players, misleading promos
[SCAM] BC Game closed account with my winnings! >$90.000

AFAIK, BC GAME account is for promotion. Complaints and dispute resolutions are handled by BC.Game Support. I'll notify them, nonetheless.

And about those case you proposed,

BC.Game not taking Responsible Gaming or Problem Gambling seriously
This is a wrong link, as it redirect us to the same thread as below, by maasdamer, but I believe you're referring to this thread by Vainica, judging from the title. It's resolved, following CG's decision.

BC.GAME scam casino, cheating players, misleading promos
This thread has two "complaints" at two separate time. The first one is invalid as it's without supporting evidence, not to mention that several members have tried to explain to the player [to no avail] that their understanding about the mechanism is not correct. The second one about a deposit, which after I tried to get BC.Game Support to come [and they inquired for the player's UID so they can look into it], the player refuses to provide and throw some words instead.

I believe this is just a case of a disgruntled player who use that thread to vent up every time he stumbled upon losing streak or small inconvenience with BC... or perhaps just wanted to throw muds.

[SCAM] BC Game closed account with my winnings! >$90.000
Joanna226, it's a notorious case of multi-acc abuser and extortionist. Findings [laid out on that thread] connected that account to several other accounts [as in bitcointalk accounts] who complained about other things with other accounts [of the casino], a solid proof that they're multi-acc ing.

Not sure how you pick these threads from the pages of cases on the scam accusations board, but if I may, can I perhaps interest you in an easier way to point out past cases against casinos [not just BC] and whether they're resolved or not, by consulting to my list?

We have seen cases like this in the past and most of them were resolved successfully (not sure how yours is going to turn out though) but I’ll mention a member (@Holydarkness) he’s one of the few members in the forum that I know who can help you with your case; he might be able to get in touch with BCgame and let them know about your case.

I was typing my reply [and explanation] when you mentioned me, LMAO. Thank you for the nudge, though. Always appreciate the good words and the nudges.
