OP, there are tons of warnings on this forum about bc_game being a scam. I don't understand why you decided to trust them to begin with, let alone trust them with 5-6 figures worth of funds. Of course, I pity your situation as losing that much and not even being able to get a small portion back is a very low move from bc game - I hope that if you do get the funds back, you stop gambling (go back to doing whatever got you the 500k to begin with instead of making matters worse) and if you do continue gambling, you don't do it at bc game, and you do due diligence on the next place you decide to wager. You have the forum at your disposal here, ask the forum if a site is legit or not, if you can't enough research on it yourself. Some searching would have stopped you from depositing from bc game to begin with.

Whether or not OP has multiple accounts I wonder why they come to this conclusion now AFTER the player deposited and LOST half a million $ ? Now that he won a fraction back they suddenly find out that he has multiple accounts? Sounds a bit odd to me to say the least.
Sure it's possible but why allow him to play and LOSE in the first place.

Also, what reason would he have to play with a different account while an account that has already so much loss and wager obviously get's way more bonus/perks than any other newly created account? Doesn't make too much sense right?

Not saying he doesn't have multiple accounts but something just doesn't add up because he already lost so much money there. Saying a player is multi accounting is always such an easy way out for any casino.
What I also wonder is, why was his account reinstated twice (with the possibility to withdraw) if they already found this violation?

Lastly, why no reply to the casino guru case as well?

Anyway, kicking out a SVIP10 player with around 25 million wager and over 500k in losses over this shows how desperate BC is for money. Don't forget, this site lost their Curacao license and was declared bankrupt for that matter only some months ago. Then they quickly moved to the "Autonomous Island of Anjouan" to get a license there.

I repeat I only have one account. Which is @BC_Whale. I just cant believe how far in scamming these people got to. I ONLY HAVE ONE SINGLE GAMBLING ACCOUNT!

They say you have multiple accounts, and the community accepts this.   You'll need to take legal action to force them to prove which accounts they think are yours.  Good luck.  :/

I want to leave a brief recommendation for players to take into account to avoid being in this situation directly or indirectly.

1 - Do not create multiple accounts (it’s obvious, but it is important to emphasize it)
2 - If you ever created an account and for some reason forgot your login details, do not create another one, contact support first.
3 - Do not use VPNs, some VPNs reuse IP addresses, and this IP could be assigned to another user, mixing their footprints on the site.
4 - Hire dedicated internet services with a fixed IP that do not use dynamic IP addresses; the same thing could happen as with the VPN.
5 - Carefully read the casino rules, and strictly adhere to them.

I never use VPN. IP can change sometimes and that's normal (you restrat router, electricity outage ect..). I do use my account on multiple devices but I only have one bc game account

Unfortunately, despite holydarkness insistence to get it addressed and explained on this thread, we will have to reject the proposal and address the matter on the ADR platforms. We want to assure the Bitcointalk forum community that it is for a good reason and not without merit.
Even though you have rejected the request to address the matter here, I think this is something that needs to be considered by anybody making a scam accusation. If a member wishes to open a scam accusation thread running concurrently with open accusations on CasinoGuru and/or AskGamblers then they probably should not be expecting deeply informative replies on the forum as the matter will be arbitrated elsewhere.

I changed my trust to neutral as I was told bc.game sponsors 75% of the events in the forum.   The community obviously accepts their TOS, which is legal.
Apart from their work within the forum, they are a huge company that is sponsoring a Premier League football club. I always thought there was much more to this story than the OP elaborated on and maybe for that reason the decision on the case by AskGamblers was made in favour of BC Game.

As always, we take verdict made by CG and AG as a decision that overrule the forum's opinion. So, I believe this should close the case. They found and validate BC's proof of connected accounts.
The OP will probably dispute the decision by the arbiter even though he took his complaint to them on the basis he would accept the outcome. The amount involved is $80,000 therefore I think he will post here again protesting but it will be futile.

If the OP still has to wait for CasinoGuru to give their decision. If that fails to be in his favour and he firmly believes he has been scammed he should consider legal action but as it is a time consuming and expensive process, I doubt it. Having said that, I believed there was more to the story than the OP stated therefore it seems the matter will cease here.

I repeat I only have one account. Which is @BC_Whale. I just cant believe how far in scamming these people got to. I ONLY HAVE ONE SINGLE GAMBLING ACCOUNT!

I was intended to say, "on that case, let's exercise some patience and wait for a couple more days, as my contact assure me that everything will become clear and proven in a day or two."

But fortunately, I took my own word close to my heart, to take everything with bucket of salts. So I looked at AG before replying and I found that they've actually reach their verdict,

As I said, usually when big casino found an abuse of multi-acc, they are beyond sure of it.

I was privileged to witness [and check myself] the parameters and cross-reference system that being used by a relatively small casino [not gonna mention it here in order not to undermine them as "small" but those who follow me and my record with casinos dispute should easily know which casino am I talking about] and it was mind-blowing.

They cross-reference things that didn't even cross my mind.

That said, let's just wait for BC and AG's communication. If they have proof of multi-acc, then AG is more than able to prove or disprove it.

If the situation does not get resolved by weekend, I'll inquire again to my contact. Until then though, let's just wait and I'll return to my default setting to take every side's words with bucket of salts.

I assure you, I only have one account, I didn't break any rules. Maybe some of my friends at bc game enquired as to why my account is closed because I reached out to everyone for help, I was desperate. But they know I only have one account, they are making this false clarification to steal the money. To this day I didnt receive a single reply from them on email. How can they even close account for weeks without informing me? So if I didnt go to AG, CR and bitcointalk, they would've never answered me right? Even to this moment I didn't get an official email from bc game explaining what happened

Vod, I think you misunderstand their counter-allegation. Their ToS [that's being quoted by OP and served as an official reply to AG] did not consider communication with other players as a breach of ToS. It's about using and creating more accounts in any form and reason, including saying it's the player's "representatives, relatives, associates, affiliates, related parties, connected persons and/or third parties" account while it's actually theirs. So it's not about chatting or communicating with others, it's more about trying to create another accounts and saying it's "my connected person's" account.

Edit 2: Ok, so I clearly missed a lot while I tackle several cases with my contact, including the reply on AG as quoted above, explaining the multi-acc counter-allegation.

OP, based on my experience, when casino [especially ones like BC and SB] found out multi-acc, it's a sure-fire. Their findings are backed up by a lot of supporting evidence. Now the a-little-bit-vague explanation by my [spare] contact made a lot of sense.

Yeah, I can understand why they choose to stick with AG instead of following my plea [I honestly begged and argued with them to address the issue here for you, so... thanks for that] to deescalate the matter here, as on AG, they can freely provide the proof of multi-acc. I guess I have to write an apology to my spare contact tomorrow for the unnecessary words we [well... I] exchanged.

Whatever you think is best to do my man. And @Vod ofc I want your help guys. I just don't understand why they didn't email me at all all this time. I'm afraid I'm being scammed, I wanted to feel re-assured. These guys never explained as to why my withdrawala got suspended, why my account got closed. Despite me sending many emails to them throughout the past month they never replied

So we've started the process here - I left negative trust.   As long as people trust me here, they may distrust bc.fun.  Unfortunately, this forum is not the "go to" for casinos, so my influence is limited.    If they ignore you, you have a chance to start a class action against them, so they may contact you privately and offer you a deal.

If you want to go the legal route and improve the industry, you'll need to identify yourself to a law firm and be prepared for possibly years of offline harassment.   You'll help many others bc.game has scammed and you'll get your money back.  I'm willing to support you in this action with my automated resources.  Smiley

(bc.game is innocent until a scam is proven)

Wow so bc game finally replied on AG, they said this:

Hello,

Unfortunately, we cannot support this user on our platform due to a breach in our terms of service. The user is breaking Term 5.4. https:­//b­c.g­ame­/he­lp/­ter­ms-­service We have provided all the proofs to AG support regarding this.

The ToS 5.4 says: "You are only allowed to register one Account with the Service. Accounts are subject to immediate closure if it is found that you have multiple Accounts registered with us. This includes the use of representatives, relatives, associates, affiliates, related parties, connected persons and/or third parties operating on your behalf."

I have only one bc game account. Please help me fight these scammers, I knew they would come up with such BS.
