I'm here, if you need anything I'll help. I'd really appreciate it if you can sort it out. I'm tired of waiting. If they want to keep the account closed, can I get a refund of 80k and we consider this case resolved? My account is still down a lot anyway. But I need the 80k it would change lot of things for me rn. I can pay most of my debt. Also can you ask them to communicate with me by e-mail. They never responded, I never heard from them...

Umm... not sure if that's a good idea, to have them communicate with you via email. I am not sure on what division my contact works, but I am somewhat sure they're not on the division who handle email. Sure, at times, I asked complainants to put someone on CC [not sure who this staff is, but I believe they're on the upper floor] as per BC's permission to expedite things. But I believe the purpose of the CC is so that the staff being CC-ed can chase the mailing division with sticks and knives and chainsaw to expedite the situation.

So, basically, I somehow think exchanging emails between you and them will only be slightly faster than the CG and AG situation. If you don't mind, let me try to get it tried through my direct contact and see how far and fast can we take it?

I will only proceed with your permission, of course. If you choose to chase it yourself through email, I'll communicate with my contact if it's possible to establish that communication with you to sort it out.

Whatever you think is best to do my man. And @Vod ofc I want your help guys. I just don't understand why they didn't email me at all all this time. I'm afraid I'm being scammed, I wanted to feel re-assured. These guys never explained as to why my withdrawala got suspended, why my account got closed. Despite me sending many emails to them throughout the past month they never replied

Ok, I'm here. A bit late as my IRL situation are a bit demanding these past few days [and I think for the next few too]. I've reached my contact on BC and we should have a talk in about this time.

Anyway... ibb.... umm... they hate me for some reason. As always, I can't access them by default and have to take a long way around with other browser and VPN and other settings just to look at them. Today though, they seemed to hate me significantly more as I can't see anything at all, no matter what I do. I always get a disconnected page.

Can someone please be kind and reupload OP's image to talkimg so I can get them? Fast? So I can already understand what happen when my contact joined me?

Until they post here or there with their side of the story we will not see the full picture but having said that, they should have posted by now. Hopefully they will post here soon or opt to engage with you solely on CasinoGuru.

I couldnt find the ones where I was speaking with support or the rest of the conv with the vip host but trust me all they do is BS me "we looking into it" "it will be resolved in 24-48hours" always same BS. It is been one month now and they still didn't come back to me with an answer as to why my account is closed or my withdrawals were suspended...

That post on casino guru where it says "update: my account is back..." you can see those 2 screenshots on askgamblers complaint, it is the same. But they are not some screenshots speaking with support. One showing 80k in vault, one showing withdrawals still suspended. Unfortunately I cant find SS speaking with their support. I never felt like their support are a human tbf. It is always felt like bunch of bot replies and BS slightly modified by a human maybe depending on what you say, but they never were a straight to the point, it is always BS. And VIP host speaks in a nice way but always beating around the bush and fake promises. Email they dont reply... you can see its been more than 2 weeks since I opened the casino guru case. Still they didnt reply, I don't think they ever will tbh. My last hope is bitcointalk because I trust the community here.

You should upload the proof here too instead of redirecting user on AG post since you are posting your concerns here. You can upload the screenshot on talkimg.com and copy the bbcode here too instead post an image.

I just check your screenshots there and I notice you are betting on sicbo live games and win huge amount from there. It will help too if you can post the whole betting history from the live games provider until you manage to get 80K to backup your claim of fair play.

I agree that there’s nothing wrong on your bet due to the game involved is sicbo.

What would help a lot here is if the OP could post any screenshots where his interactions with the BC Game support took place. Keeping that aside, we are talking about a sum of $80,000 therefore the sooner the matter gets resolved the better it will be for both parties.

From what it looks like BC Game should be updating their side of the story on CasinoGuru soon because they have been asked to respond to the allegation. Only then will it be known if there is more to the story than the OP mentioned.

that's good to hear, at least there's an improvement but to be honest, as an established crypto casino I expected more out of them and their customer service. I just hope they continue improving their customer service.


I feel like I see a new complaint about this place every week here lately... I hope they help OP. I'd just wait for the Holydarkness tomorrow. He's got a good record of helping resolve issues here lately. Wink

ok, getting a reply from them might take 1-2 weeks is just ridiculous, no offense to them but I know their support is bad but I didn't realize it was this bad. holydarkness is such a heaven-sent for people who have issues with BC.game. anyway, their casino support here in the forum should be more active since it seems like a lot of gamblers who have issues with their casino are coming here in the forum to post their complaint.

TBH, I personally think the response of BC.Game Support has increased very drastically compared to the past few months. Though I don't think the account is being controlled by my [main] contact, the account usually give an update not long after I and my contact conclude our talks, sometimes even when we were in the middle of our way diving into the bottom of another case. But all things considered, they've significantly improved.

I must have been closer to a brain-dead state yesterday than I realized as I literally can't digest that the links given by OP were links to AG and CG, LMAO. Honest to any holy and dark being that I thought they were link to screenshots.

OP, if I may judge from the way BC react to the few cases [which we talked about yesterday] that's escalated to an ADR, they will respond to that thread on the ADRs and not here. But let me try to get to my contact and see if we maybe can work it "backward" where we get it resolved here and then we can update CG and AG that the case was resolved... if I can get ahold of my contact, which I'm currently still trying to get.

I came here because I found no solution on CG and AG. I saw bc game being active and resolving newer complaints there (small accounts) but my complaint is being ignored by them. They always ghost me. No matter what I do to gain their attention and hopefully get a reply from them. No matter what I do... It's been 20 days since I emailed them regarding this issue, they never replied, I kept nudging them, emailed support, panda, business email... nothing... Thank you again for looking into this and for your care.

Can you also include the chat you had with the support team here? I cannot find it on your complaints on other websites.

BCgame has been getting lots of scam accusations of late all around inability to withdraw winnings. They have replied to some of the complaints but I do not follow them to know if they eventually paid out or provided proof of wrong doing on the part of the player.

Their support is like bot replies. "We will look into it" "We are sorry for the inconvenience" they been telling me 24hours, 48 hours, everytime and nothing.. it's been one month now.. also for the last couple weeks they been ghosting me. No VIP host, no response on e-mail ever, no answer on my complaints on the other websites. I just dont know what to do anymore...
Unfortunately, don't expect an answer quickly, pakito111 created a topic on January 4 (suspend withdraw on 69k$) and still ongoing, yesterday there was a response from BC Support here, where a topic was also created on Casino Guru and on them will be mediation.

Don't expect email replies actually. Even their discord mod always states that replies via email might take 1-2 week. And yeah, host as well as live support are more than questionable calling you "dear" and "love" but can't give any clear reply. Even when you send them screen shots they don't even react to those, it's actually sad for such a big site.
