Can you also include the chat you had with the support team here? I cannot find it on your complaints on other websites.

BCgame has been getting lots of scam accusations of late all around inability to withdraw winnings. They have replied to some of the complaints but I do not follow them to know if they eventually paid out or provided proof of wrong doing on the part of the player.

Their support is like bot replies. "We will look into it" "We are sorry for the inconvenience" they been telling me 24hours, 48 hours, everytime and nothing.. it's been one month now.. also for the last couple weeks they been ghosting me. No VIP host, no response on e-mail ever, no answer on my complaints on the other websites. I just dont know what to do anymore...

Don't expect email replies actually. Even their discord mod always states that replies via email might take 1-2 week. And yeah, host as well as live support are more than questionable calling you "dear" and "love" but can't give any clear reply. Even when you send them screen shots they don't even react to those, it's actually sad for such a big site.
If the support wasn't so bad the site could actually be very good but I don't see this changing any time soon unfortunately.

80k is a huge amount and replies like "we are looking into this" or whatever just don't help anything.
Also, when you are already verified a long time ago there is no reason to extend the waiting time indefinitely. Just not a good look. Hopefully this gets resolved, you are in good hands with holy.

Also there was a lot of bonus (recharge, weekly bonus, monthly bonus, bcd rakeback, quest bonus, bcd bank) that they took from my account. But I don't care about it anymore nor the money on the slots machines. Just give me whatever on the vault and we good (80k USDT) it is obv that they dont like me winning. They only unlocked my account for one day because I was complaining all over the internet in hope I gamble and lose everything (this is why they kept withdrawal suspended) when they saw I didn't gamble they closed the account again. Atleast if you guys don't want me to play in your platform and keep the account closed. Refund me the 80k USDT. I really need it. I have a lot of debt, my life is miserable. You guys took everything from me. And refuse to pay me a small % of my losses when I wont it the legit way playing your games. I have all Screenshots.
I do have some hope that the support team that represents them in this forum will respond to you as soon as possible when they see your complaint. I just... had a long talk with BC, tackling several issues, and my contact is already away to handle other matters and very likely won't come back to any of my chat anytime today. And I'm rather exhausted right now that I can't even digest one sentence. So I will not try to poke my contact about this matter until tomorrow [they're very likely won't respond as they're already AFK, anyway].

I am writing just to let you know I've put this on my plate. I'll give this thread a read tomorrow, and then write to my contact once I get a better understanding of what happened.

I think there's a communication problem, judging from what you posted. They should have been able to tell why your account was suspended or withdrawals blocked. In the casinoguru thread you talk about first wining 30K then turning it into 100K while in the ask gamblers thread, you talk about 80K so which is true and which is incorrect?

Could you please clarify here how the value ended up at 80K and not the initial disputed 30K at Casinoguru?

This is because to make the long story short. If you read the whole thread on casino guru complaint you'd understand. When I was playing and turned the 2k to 30k they suspended my withdrawals. Kept fighting with them for days to no avail.. at that time I posted on casino guru hence why it was 30k at first. Then I kept playing turned it to 100k+ used more than 20k to buy bonuses on some slots games and my account got closed. The USDT in bc game balance is 80k the money in games is 20k+ so technically 100k+..  the askgamblers thread I submitted when my balance was at 80k not 30k thats why there is a diff. Bc game ghosted me on both complaints while they reply on other complaints with less money. I feel scammed

Hey guys. Long story short. I lost more than 500k USDT from my own deposited money in bc game. I quit gambling for sometime and last december I deposited a couple thousand dollars to try my luck, I turned it to 80k, they suspended my withdrawals for few weeks then closed my account (error 4001: account verification required) despite my account being fully verified (basic+advanced) they activated my account 2 days ago but withdrawals were still suspended then they closed it again today.

When I was gambling in past it was so easy for them to take all my 6figs deposit. I lost everything I have and now in debt.. but now when I recoup a small % of my losses it is hard for them to let me withdraw. Please help me fight these scammers.
