Yes, I thought previously the payment system, like during the survey some time ago, included the user ID on the form and then I received it directly in my account, but this uses a bonus code link which must be claimed and it always fails, the bonus code cannot be used, almost two The bonus code has failed to expire and now I still have to be patient and wait for updates from Icopress and the bc.game team.
I have claimed that bonus code long time ago when the rep of bc.game has announced that they've distributed it. If the bonus code is there on your account and it doesn't work anymore, maybe it has already expire unless there's no expiration with the code.I trust @icopress and hope that the payment system can be improved in the future. 
There is no problem with them and the payment system of bc.game for me has been smooth when I've used them. Your matter is just about the probable expired bonus code that you have unclaimed. But I might be wrong about the expiration and only the rep can explain what happened to yours but I hope that it gets well on your account.
