Yes, that's still an amazing feature because the ones who want to convert their fiat to crypto don't really want to reconvert their crypto to fiat again. This could make things easier for those people who want to have some crypto currencies with them. I'm also sure that people can easily convert USDT into another coins with other available swapping platforms.

True, but the only thing is that it is a one-way system that means as soon as you convert your fiat to USDT (the only one being supported right now) you won’t be able to convert your coin back to fiat - and since this is only possible during withdrawal you won’t have the chance to first swap to another coin of your choice before you confirm your withdrawal I.e if you're ready to convert your fiat to crypto you'll have to accept in as usdt.


I haven't completed KYC in my account yet and I was about to navigate around this system and check out the different functionality it has, which suggests that you don't need KYC to be able to use it.

That's not a new feature mate, that's integrated exchange and that's giving convenience to all of the bc.game users. I've used that it's not only USDT that you can convert there but there are others too. It's helpful when the fees are quite high and you want to do some transactions so just use that conversion in any crypto you desire that's supported there. You can claim whatever you want, talking about small samplesize and all that bs but the facts are on the table. Dice at BC is a scam. It's mathematically impropable what's happening here. I lost 14 in a row on a 51% chance, then 20 seconds later lose 9 in a row again.Wanna know the odds of losing 14 in a row on 50% ? It's 0.00061% , and 25sec later losing another 9 in a row is 0.2%.
These are just the numbers from today, there have been 6-8 losses in a row throws several times that I don't even count.
And by the way, the biggest winning run in a row, on 51% winning chace today, was 4.
Losing 14 in a row has a chance of 1 in 32,768,and it happens 3 min after a deposit. 25sec later a 1/512 propability comes next. And you really want to tell me this is a fair game? Losing 23 of 24 coinflips 1 minute after a deposit? Oh and by the way, 3min later after a 2min breather I lost the final 8 of 9 to lose the whole deposit within 5 minutes. This time I screenshoted all the games, just to hopefully get this shit investigated somehow, somewhere and some time soon.

It`s not a new feature; they have both the one for crypto conversions, i.e., you can convert from one coin to another and then withdraw your new coin, and also the one for fiat conversions, i.e., you can convert the fiat you deposited to crypto, but you`ll have to pay some certain percentage from it as a fee.

Those were among the first things I noticed about BCGame that made me abandon my previous betting site and start using it full-time.

Maybe because bc.game has so many users that live support is very busy, but it is also true that bc.game is willing to add employees in the live support section. But I'm also impressed with bc.game because it has live support for my local language (Indonesia) and not many casinos have that.

BC.Game are in this industry for long to know that the cryptocurrency market and crypto gambling industry is highly competitive. They have many competitors in this industry so by going like an outlier in support procedure, longer waiting time than competitors, they self-create disadvantage for themselves.

There are always rooms for improvement and the ball is in control of BC.Game. It's just fine that users eventually got what they want but delays certainly create some inconvenience and in a bull run, can cost users lost in value of their cryptocurrency.

In a bear market, the business can have difficulty in operations than in bull market and has to cut down their staff resource includes customer care staffs so their support can be longer. Though, it can be acceptable in a bear market, in a bull market, in my opinion, they should handle it with faster rate and less waiting time for users.

The live support is really something bc should put some work and resources in since it is really too slow and not really on point. As I have mentioned before it is not industry standard to wait 15-20min for a reply and then another 10-15 for every message that comes next.
At other sites I use the experience is much different, waiting like 2min max for a first response mostly. And once the conversation has started the next messages always come fast.
But hey, nobody is perfect. There is always room for improvement. One thing about discord though, I kind of had the same experience with mods being overly hard on banning people. I got banned over night and I don't even know why. I didn't do anything and since there is no way to fight the ban I just had to live with it. 

I also feel that bc.game's live support takes quite a long time to respond, around 15 to 20 minutes, but I agree with iv4n that most casinos also have the same problem.

I think you are unlucky at dice and you are rolling too many dice. I often play plinko on bc.game, when my luck is bad the ball will keep going down to the middle and if I'm lucky the ball will often go down to the corner. In my opinion, if your luck is bad, it's better to change games, that's what I usually do. However, if you think the game is unfair then you need to prove that the system owned by bc.game is unfair. I think we are used to losing and what you are saying is just part of your frustration over the losses you have experienced

Anyway, I don't trust that you had lost 80% of throws in one session at a 52% winning chance. ... I believe in 20+reds, that happens from time to time, but you also had many winning streaks as well.

They had some accusations before but all have been handled and there haven’t been any more cases. Been a while since I used their livesupport but when I did, it was fast and all problems were handled. Recently withdraw some money also, so no issues on my side and I can only recommend them.

What error did you get? Can you share a screenshot?

Their time is very limited to handle each customer that’s why you need to become active when you are asking support since you are the one in need. All the casino support has dedicated time to open the chat active and it will close if you didn’t respond. 5 minutes is already reasonable amount of time to respond on a chat from support.


Try to increase your bet sample to properly analyze the result. I will believe you if you throw 100K sample and still get close to that result. Your sample is still sample to conclude about their dice fairness.

They have strong marketing. All that you mention here is not true to the majority of players to this casino tho. Only has a problem like that in regards with customer service.

After reading so many good things about this site I thought I would give it a shot, and oh man I regret it!!
Here is a list of all the ridiculous stuff going on.

- live support is a joke, takes up to 1 hour to respond and once you miss a reply and don't answer for 5min they close the chat
- casino variance is impossible. dice game is ultra rigged. Just now, in 500 throws on a 52% winning chance I lost 85% of throws. New seed and lost 80% in over 2000 throws. This is impossible. Once I lost 24 throws in a row, on a 52% chance. Once you raise the wager it gives you these results
- discord mods are a ridiculous. asked a normal question and was thrown out of the server by one of these people. Basically I am banned from discord flash drops because of these mods
- email support is also not replying to important questions about my account, over 2 days now

How does this kind of site even attract players? No support, rude staff, shady casino, low wager limits in sports odds. I would not advise anybody to play there. Maybe this forum will be full of new scam accusation against them real soon. I already saw there are plenty popping up recently again.
