Even the best casinos like bc.game, can't please every customer despite of doing everything to give the best gambling experience. There will always be complaints and no casino can skip that.
Yaps, and to be honest none of you guys needed to defend the feedback platform. Perhaps just leave the jobs to"BC.GAME" for receive and response good or negative feedback they must take it. IMO, these kinds of discussions is not gonna being discussed really long (If you guys just leave it to BC.GAME). It's quite simple:
- Some random or user telling feedback about the software, system or other.
- BC. Game receive the feedback.
- Response to the person: "Thanks for the feedback, blah blah (something like customer template service).
- Then, the discussion ended.
Just take the example of Stake.com thread, there always user telling a bad or negative post, but usually just gonna last around 2-3 post and then move one. Since you guys not official team from BC.GAME, not an obligation to responded those (especially for feedback platform). This discussion is being discussed over and over again cause you guys responded to those post while usually are gonna to end more faster by just responded to "Thanks, sorry for the unconvinced and we gonna address these feedback to our department developer for fixing in next update".
