I have never had any problems with emails and I can confirm that I have always received them very fast.

Note that the email congestion and delay won't be for long it free up as frequent and even there are times that even the phone verification process won't work also, but using 2FA app to make verification works all the time, but in some cases even with 2FA code in place, one still need to include either email or phone number verification code to activate the withdrawal.
