Yeah, crazy thing.
BC.Game obviously wanted to check the legality of the winnings, however, it is a large amount. The user opened a scam accusation, and it is quite logical, you are doing your best to get your $7 million.
Everything ended well, the user was very generous when thanking the community for their help.
And yes, from the opening of the scam accusation to the resolution of the case, about two weeks passed, which is a reasonable period considering the amount involved.
I am being honest; I never thought the Bc game would pay that user because of the amount. I know casinos try to figure out each and every TOS to void big winnings. But I am glad to see BC game handled the case very well. As the player said, the owner or someone at a high level from the BC game was probably too sick, and he was in hospital for the last two weeks, so it took too long to proceed.
However, I noticed that customer support never misses a chance to blame a player for violating the TOS. Even this player was accused of using 3rd-party software by BC game customer support without proof, which seems typical behaviour regarding big winnings. I don't think any customer support agent can check if someone used a 3rd-party software. Yet, they blame the user for doing that shit which is why the player created the scam accusation.
