Looks like OP forgot to change the thread title because the giveaway ended a long time ago
LOL! Grin That was one careful observation but what will the OP do unless guys like you come up with some unique complaints about the casino? I did saw that the OP was last active on March 01, 2024, this is nothing new as they only are here to help users of their platform or promote a marketing campaign. They might come once in a while with marketing updates and they are very active when there is an issue. If you are in the mood to point out where the OP is then I am assuming that you are so free that you cannot understand how busy the representative of this platform can be. Try something new and innovative!

Yeah, I was supposed to post and ask the same thing but you already did. So. IIRC It's been more than two months since that giveaway finished. Maybe they're just disregarding it or don't have time to edit it since the OP was last online March 1, 2014. Perhaps someone from the signature campaign participant could try reaching out OP through PM to ask them directly to edit this thread. I'm not sure if OP is reading our post here. 😆

Hey guys, RIO challenge contest is over and of course I am not in the top 500 list. But I got a special bonus today of $2.5 bcd, I think it's a bonus from the RIO contest. Do you also get this bonus?

I think that bonus was for the downtime about a week ago when the scheduled maintenance took longer than expected.
Since it's at the bottom of the bonus page you just didn't see it yet because it was given several days ago.

Or maybe I am wrong and you actually got something for the RIO event.

I thought the list was kind of useless since it didn't make sense to save your points for the list, made more sense to redeem them.
And so I did instead of keep the points.  Grin

Yep, it turns out it wasn't a downsite bonus, because at the time of the downsite I still had VIP level 21 and a minimum VIP22 to get the downsite bonus. I just saw that the bonus came from a poker challenge I joined on twitter.

I also exchanged all the RIO I had for bcd because there was no chance of getting into the toplist 500.

Exactly. India has the highest population in the world currently which is why it's extremely difficult for the Indian government to monitor every single citizen properly despite whatever big statements they make.

For example, they effectively banned many popular crypto exchanges recently, but their citizens are still easily able to use those sites with/without a VPN.

If they (the government) are really serious about the ban then it wouldn`t be that difficult for them to effect and make it impossible for their citizens to access it without having to first connect to a VPN. The population has little to contribute to whether the restriction will be a success or not, and as already mentioned in the post above mine - we have experienced it before when we Nigerians were banned from using Twitter, it took less than a week before all ISP blocked the site totally and the only way we could access it to view updates was by connecting to a VPN.

My country also prohibits access to gambling sites but VPN is a solution that cannot be blocked by the government. Even so, bc.game does not ban gamblers from my country so I think using a VPN is not something wrong because it doesn't bypass to play on bc.game from countries that are blocked.

My country also prohibits access to binance and blockchain.com, but not because my country prohibits crypto but because they don't want to register their business in my country and don't want to pay taxes

I often see that many Indian people can still access sites that are prohibited by their government because several of my acquaintances have never had problems with them accessing sites that their government has prohibited, not only cryptocurrencies, maybe even gambling sites, but again it depends on how the user uses their wits to To access this gambling site, you don't have to use a VPN as a quick step, look for other ways that are safer than using a VPN which might lead us to have problems with gambling sites if we use it.

If the government of India really banned crypto exchanges and the citizens can still access those exchange websites without the use of VPN, it simply means that the ban has not or was not properly effected, since after a ban, the government usually have to work with internet network providers to make sure they block every citizen access to which ever site they have declared as banned, if this is not done, then it means that the government only declared the site banned, but did not take the step or measures to effectively implementing or effecting the supposed ban.

When the Nigerian government banned twitter like I've said before, all the citizens of the country lost access to Twitter, the only way to then access Twitter was by the use of VPN, and remember, Nigeria is the most populous country in the whole of Africa..
So, effecting a ban has close to nothing to do with how populous a country is, but has everything to do how serious the government are with such ban.

Possible that in some parts that a certain website is blocked by the ISP and in where you're located, it's accessible. But as bc.game was able to solve this problem by providing several mirror links that are really helpful for users that deal with this kind of problem.

I use Brave to cross-check whether it's me, my ISP or the service I want to access in general. Brave allows you to start new tabs via a Tor integration, so you can definitely rule out local and ISP problems.
Me either and if that's enough, there are other browsers that I can use as well but it seems that everything is working out for him now through the mirror links.

Yup! I agree this is nation that we call India is so big that ISP are now slow. It is also a possibility that ISPs are now fed up with blocking websites. The government and the party ruling now is not so good with crypto. The next problem that India is facing is money laundering. I think that might be the reason why for some the casino access is banned while I can still visit it.
All have the possibility as long as it involves the ISP and the government. But this is all good now mate, good thing that bc.game has its supported mirror links for troubles like this and everyone can still enjoy to have access if there are accessing problems from the main website.

So, for a country like India, it's possible for the government to ban gambling and restrict citizens access to any gambling site, only those who find their way around the use of VPN can access  gambling site..
You are overestimating the Indian government way too much. They are competent, but not that competent. They have banned porn, crypto related stuff etc, but people over there still use them pretty easily and many of them aren't even tech smart.

I have several Indian friends which is how I came to know about all of this stuff.
This is exactly like in my country where they prohibit but do not completely prohibit several internet providers here, for example the internet owned by the government and non-government is different, meaning that nationally the internet used cannot access gambling sites but it is different from the non-national internet which is not collaborating with the government, I can still access gambling sites without having to use a VPN, actually the only problem is that it is prohibited by my government but I can still easily access gambling sites unless the site prohibits users from countries where it is not allowed, maybe it's a different story.

So, like I've said earlier, I am just curious to know, is gambling generally banned in India, but citizens still find a way to engage in it? Or is gambling legal, but some casinos being banned here and there some times?
Asking incase, someday, I decide to visit India.
Bro first thing you should have at the back of your mind is that, the internet have given everyone a right and freedom which is why most governments can't control the activities of their citizens when it comes to the internet.

So for sure regardless whether gambling is ban in India or not, their citizens who wish to gamble will always have the internet to give them the freedom regardless of how harsh the regulations of the country is for gambling.

Since he confirmed that he could access the site after using VPN then there's a possibility of being blocked from the countey even if bcgame does not have its own restrictions on the said country.

We all experienced it when FG’s $10 billion dollars  fine on Binance was still fresh and all Nigerians were blocked from accessing binance NG and only those who have their vpn turned on were the ones who could access it (although, its the site blocking users, the reverse is also possible ).

Well, I understand this, but do you know that the freedom is limited because the government can still control which site their citizens can easily and freely access without having to use VPN and so on?
Like in Nigeria when the previous government banned Twitter, both the Twitter site and the app stopped working for all the citizens, except for those who are learned enough to know how to make use of VPN, my uncle who is an internet user but not savvy enough to know about VPN or how to use it was cut from his Twitter account for the several months the ban persisted until it was lifted.

So, for a country like India, it's possible for the government to ban gambling and restrict citizens access to any gambling site, only those who find their way around the use of VPN can access  gambling site..

Amazing to know that Airtel is also operating in India same way It is operating here in Nigeria, proves to me how big a mobile network airtel is, and currently, they are the one I am using at the moment and right now,  Grin.

Out of curiosity though, I may want to ask if bc.game is banned in India, or is it gambling in general? I know india to be a country filled with a lot of highly religious people, and from past discussions on this forum, I've also learnt that gambling is prohibited by several religions, and those religions see money made from gambling as ill gotten wealth, and as such, they classify gambling as a sin.
Airtel have cougt accros several nations and as an old network that provides best internet and broadband services to most populated countries with high demand for good internet network, I won't be surprised to see that Airtel is available in India, but for sure their are providing good quality internet services for almost all the African countries if I am not mistaken.

Frankly! I still do not understand why your friend was not able to access the platform using Airtel service. I again checked it and I am again able to get access to the casino. It is kind of weird to me as Airtel is a national service provider and if it has banned the website then it should be applicable for me. I would have again shared the screenshot but you won't again agree with me. As of my understanding, anyone using Airtel mobility connection can get on to the platform. I am not sure whether your friend was using Airtel mobile or its broadband service. I am able to access it with both my local broadband and Airtel mobile connection in my state.
Could it be that there's something to do with some cache that he needs to clear? Or try to restart the modem and get some fresh IP if those ISP that you've mentioned are using dynamic IPs. I'm not from there but there's a possibility that it could be these things when you have no problem accessing with the same provider or it has something to do with the browsers they're using. But if the mirror links are working for them, I guess that's okay then as that's the purpose why they're made for.

Airtel is a mobile service provider in India. They do have broadband service. If they have blocked the website on mobile service then they will block it on their broadband service. I live in a state of India that has access to the big names and I have access to a good local broadband service. Using the local broadband I am able to access bc.games when I use Jio which is a mobile service provider I cannot but when I am using Airtel it allows me.

Maybe they might ban the casino after sometime. India is big country and it has happened in the past when it takes time to ban websites. BC.game has got a good user base in India. If they see that user base in India is shrinking then they would come up with an alternate url.

It does seem complicated if he really can't access this site and using a mirror link won't help
The guy wasn't able to access through bc.game but he's successfully accessed the mirror links. So with that, there's really no problem anymore even if the main site is inaccessible because there goes the mirror links that are fine and accessible.

It does seem complicated if he really can't access this site and using a mirror link won't help, the bc.game team should be able to explain that he can't access this site, I've never had any problems with the IP I use to access this site even though my country bans gambling sites and many national internet blocks them, so I use the internet from non national can still access it even using a mirror link there is no problem with me gambling on this site in the past few months everything seems easy.

I think there may be other settings that need to be looked at on his friend's cellphone, maybe there is an active VPN which makes him unable to access this site or there are settings from his browser, for example the DNS settings, sometimes when I try to access a trading site using the national internet it can't be accessed and I just change the DNS settings and I can access it again, but I have never tried it on a gambling site, do I need to adjust the DNS settings or is there really another way that can be used to access it, the only way is to carefully check the friend's cell phone, maybe there is something what he uses is either a broadband service or something else that blocks this site. but it's also a good idea to try restarting the modem and getting a new IP
